Hmmm… there is only one correct answer… the best IWB Holster would be that one which fits your waist the best.
There is no magic with holsters. Whatever works for one person may be horrible choice for other.
Check these threads, maybe you find some answers:
I’m looking into ordering a crossbreed holster for my Shield 45. I and debating between the “Reckoning” and the “Super Cut 3” I carry 3:30ish.
Currently gearing up for CC. I’ve heard different products are better than other and am trying to demystify the topic.
So I was looking at buying a P365 and found a nice looking leather holster and then a kydex holster from Clinger.
I was curious at people’s differing opinions on leather vs kydex. I only have kydex at the moment. And I have heard that leather can curl in with time and cause NDs.
When setting out to choose a holster, there are a multitude of factors to consider. It must fit your body and your lifestyle. Seldom mentioned is how different body types (endomorph, mesomorph and ectomorph) can affect your decision. The offset of the holster from the body can affect concealment and draw angle. And then there’s the material. When choosing a holster for concealed carry, the material the holster is made of is as important as the design.
This is a companion discussion topic for t…
If you were to review your carry holster, what would you say? Pros? Cons?
Bare with me here. What if there was an event of some sorts. At USCCA, a range, etc. Maybe a non-shooting event to welcome those that may be on the fence, new to concealed carry, etc. Could include a holster try out area. Donations welcomed. Could purchase a ‘new to you’ holster. Proceeds donated to local organizations. Could also include other training materials, information. idk. Feel like there’s an idea in there somewhere.
