Pull up the Senate and House voting records on the net and you will be surprised at how many we have that are voting with forked tongues , in other their campaign promises fly right out the door.I wish there was a way to completely do away with the party system,we cant trust any of them to do what they say they will do any more.And we need all to have term limits

I agree. Term limits on all of them. I remember back a long time ago in school. They said, do your job in Washington and then go back to your towns and farms. Now itâs like High Class Government Welfare. They get there and donât do there jobs and just sit around sucking the money out of hard working American taxpayers pockets. The only thing that they do get done is when itâs time for them to vote on their paycheck raise. We the people should be voting on their raise. I believe that with the job that they are doing their pay needs to be cut in half. If anyone of us worked like they do we would be fired for not doing our job. Why shouldnât it be any different for them, because they say, âDo as I say Not as I DO because Iâm better than youâ.
The Congress and Senate are stagnant and in need of a DEEP CLEANING. We need Term Limits now more than ever before. I suggest 2 terms Max.
1 Term 4 years work then 4 years pay after you are out. After that No more money from taxpayers. The same with 2 terms with 8 years pay for work and after 8 years no pay and your done.
- 4 years work paid + 4 years retirement pay.
- 8 years work paid + 8 years retirement pay.
- NO more pay from taxpayers.
This may seem harsh, we need to get away from this Iâm not going to do my job and have taxpayers pay me for the rest of my life mentality. It doesnât work for the American people and it shouldnât work for the Congress and Senate.
I get Sick and Tired every time I here them say that âEvery Man, Woman, and Child in America Owes X number of Dollars Twards the national debtâ. NO!! Its Congress that owes with them not doing their jobs and sucking the lifes blood out of hardworking Americans!
Vote them out and vote in new. Make them accountable.

Thank you for the response sir appreciate it,it is basically the people overall and the brainwashed apathy that has caused and most have got in the attitude of if they vote they usually just vote straight line and not for the person as of it is a chore which it shouldnât be at all,it should be a privilege.to do it. It is ironic,but the ones that were sent to Washington originally were not paid and most ended up as paupers,but they felt that it was their duty to the fledgling Republic. Also until the Civil War and Lincoln disbanded the the Committees
Of Safety worked real well,It was set up where the Committee delegates the people and the States sent any new law before it was passed the congress had to wait for approval of all the States,and it seemed to work well. It still gets to me that they continue to call the US an democratic Nation but it is/was a Republic,as the Founders called it and so stated in History.

And when you vote, vote in person, NEVER by mail-in ballot. Here in Arizona Iâm told that if you vote by mail you have only one chance in six that your vote will actually be registered the way you voted. Itâs your vote. Itâs your country. Itâs your guns. You canât afford not to vote if you want to stay free.

I have voted every presidential election since 2004. I went Kerry, McCain, Obama, Hillary. while I wasnât happy with those choices each time, I am really at a loss this election season. I really rather not vote, unless itâs a write in choice.

My point is we have to elect politicians based on their ability to do the job. Not because they have no discernible skeletons in their closet.
2020 is an absolutely critical year as it will control politics for 10 years. If Democrats get control for 10 years it will not be pretty. 
BTW, if it gets me a free ticket to Bali you can call me a Socialist⊠But I would be coming back.

Apathy is the biggest problem with people. Thatâs why some of these idiots get elected because too many people donât care then they get people like DeBlasio in office and moan and groan about how terrible they are. Itâs their fault. I think thatâs why this November the democrats are fearful of whatâs going to happen. With all the nonsense they have pulled in the last three years people should realize just what they stand for. Itâs not the American people. But there are still those that believe all the garbage that they spew. I only hope the Pelosiâs, Schummerâs, and Schiffâs get thrown out of office.

Sir, Sometime the most important decisions are the hardest but your vote does matter. Right now the decision is whether you want President Trump re-elected or do you want a gaffe prone plagiarizing corrupt fool who may be suffering from dementia ( Biden )OR a corrupt avowed socialist whoâs laws would bankrupt this country and make us no better than a third world dictatorship ( Sanders). The decision is yours sir but doing nothing is sometimes worse than doing something.

Then do a write in. Donât forget, that a lot of the laws we face come more often at the state and local level. The ballot will be full, it wonât just be for the president, and nothing else.

Obama was never going to take guns. He may not like them, but he wasnât stupid. Romney already did so in 2004 when he was Gov of my home state. McCain was never anti gun. Kerry was never antigun, in fact, he took a photo op with a shotgun to win center-right voters. Hillary was begrudgingly, but I knew she would lose, so it wasnât a problem.

Amen to that Daniel! I always say we Have To make OUR voices heard! And as much as they keep working on taking away our 2nd amendment rights, we have to keep buying more guns, as much as our finances allow, as a show of strength in numbers and support for our 2nd ammendment and God Given Rights!

As I read these comments Iâm astonished that members of a pro 2nd amendment organization can have so many anti trump comments!! Jes NOT THE âLESSOR OF 3 EVILSâ as so many have said! What makes him evil?? Hes 100 percent behind America, puts us first, hes created more Jobs than any other president and in record time, hes been given A+ rating by NRA which no other president has received, hes let our enemies know we wont stand for any threats or acts of violence against us, hes the Only president that let Israel know we will Always be closest of allies, he fights against terrorism, fights against sanctuary cities, fights against illegal aliens, hes made us the largest oil producer for.first time rather than all other presidents kissing Arab rear!! Michael, I Seriously Think that a LOT of Trumpâs voters/supporters dislike him because of his constant lies & hyperbole. They/We/I WILL continue to Support him 'cause there Really is âNo Choiceâ if you follow my reasoning.
I Do NOW believe his constant âtwitteringđâ was/is a good thing whereas after his election I was of the Exact Opposite opinion.

Thanks for that Les! Well I myself am not into Twitter, and especially not Facebook. I always felt it closed out people that never were closed out simply because theyâre not members. That is, where a friend or family member used to share photos of their vacation or other occassions with you, if youâre not into social media, you miss out. Maybe its cause Iâm still old school about a lot of things, one being, take the time that no body seems to have anymore, and spend time getting together or pickup a phone and actually use it, to talk. With all that said, I completely supported Trumps tweeting since outside of Fox news, every other media source in the United States, lies, lies and Lies! Anything to discredit everything he does in their never ending attempt to regain the Leftwing dictatorial control over the mass uninformed public. I never cared for trump prior to hearing his outrage of all that Obamba was doing to fundamentally destroy our Democracy. It was at that point I was 110 percent behind him and prayed he would throw his hat in the ring. What this country longed for, for Decades, was a non politician to straighten out the mess that we were in for decades. A businessman who only wants the best for the people of this great nation and so rich that he didnt depend on contributions from outside sources that he skuld be obligated to, but solely to US the people! An outsider whoâs Not a part of the Washington Swamp but instead is working towards cleaning that mess up! So far before this crisis he had achieved more positive things in 3 years than any president in 4 or 8 years. The Democrats will do Anything, LIE, create distractions and disasters regardless of how it hurts us, the citizens, to regain their power over us. So the lessor of 2 evils? The only evil I can see along with 65 million others is any and ALL of the canidates on the other side. Bernie?? A self proclaimed communist?
