The truck jokes are fun, but let’s face facts. The Big Three have each sold a sh*tload of pickup trucks over the past 50+years. You don’t sell those kinds of numbers if they are really junk. They’re ALL pretty damn good vehicles. It all comes down to personal preference. It’s the same with guns. SIG, Glock, S&W, CZ, Springfield Armory, and so on, all make reliable guns that shoot well. It’s all about what YOU want to shoot.

It’s all in good fun. Like we’ve pointed out in other topics, we aren’t like Facebook. We have Glock folks, and Smith people. Pistol vs revolver. 1911 vs polymer. At the end of the day, we all care about our 2nd Amendment Rights, and that we hope and pray we never have to use our preferred piece to defend life. The exception is those 9mm wimps. They just can’t handle the AWESOMENESS of the Lords caliber, 45 ACP. Bunch of sissies.

Really I either own one it or I have owned one of any of them. I have had Fords, but I try to keep it secret.
Nah. I have a nice 1969 Ford Falcon wagon, a Silverado, a Dodge Ram, a Land Rover, an 81 Camaro, a 71 International Scout 800B, an 89 Lincoln Towncar with almost no miles (don’t ask), and tractors and other toys.
If it runs on gas or diesel, I probably have one.
I like them all. A lifetime as a gearhead.
Now I’m just poking fun at Glocks. Nah. I’m learning them too.
We just have fun.
BTW my Silverado is named Trigger.
My loooong green Dodge Ram is named The Pickle.
It takes a 40 acre field to turn that rig around. Somebody may remember that line.

Our farm looks like this…
Ford pickup, Ford dually, Ford bronco, Ford explorer, Ford tractor, Ford bronco, Ford explorer, Ford explorer, Dodge pickup-whaaaaat? How’d that get in there?! 
Now granted, two of the explorers and one of the broncos are out of service but it’s because I RAN THE WHEELS OFF THEM yep, over 350k on one explorer and the bronco, over 400k on the other explorer. So now, owing me nothing, they are still giving up their best to provide parts for the third explorer and the other bronco 
Now ask me how many Glocks I have

The more I mess with mine the more I appreciate it.
I thought that 22’s trigger was going to be a problem.
I did my dry fire drill with a spent cartridge balanced on the slide, and I could pull without shaking it off.

I’ll not step into that one.Fords are best at pulling and hauling I’ve found. Not necessarily the best fuel sippers, but they do the work.
And again; only Ford turned down the govt pay out. My hat’s off!

Try out the 19X you will not be disappointed. I also have the G22 if you prefer .40 cal.

@Bugleboy - It probably was @Zee, especially if a Glock was recommended. What are you looking for in your next pistol purchase? Glocks are obviously all pretty similar, but knowing the “philosophy of use” you intend to use it for can help narrow things down.
