That’s right to Debbie ann I don’t know anything but she went with her detective KAZ and came back with a new HELL CAT AND SHE WAS TELLING ME THAT SHE HAD RESEARCHED HER NEW EDC AND MY S&W m&p s&W 2.0 Steel series was junk and she had a new green dot and a new holster with in her new purse and she said she would be going to the range with out me because her KAZ said get the best !! And I was far from it but she . And not going to make me feel inferior to her training KAZ after all I just had grade 6, and . She personally didn’t want me going with them to the range KAZ I was not a member of his range and I just set their thinking that I didn’t even get me supper . And she was on line reading about her new edc that was so much better than mine !! No she did not see me crying I just went to the store and got some Root beer and sit in my truck . My new expert . That didn’t even buy me dinner . So now I have an expert who . Don’t need my help . KAZ she has a new HELL CAT AND HER KUZ TO TRAIN HER . She wants to train with the best and I’m not invited . Dam Bobby Jean . 
I’ve told the story on here of my Anti Gun son. He’s a far left thinker. He called me out of the blue and said “I think I should get a gun…” . Seems he saw some posters on telephone poles that said “Kill All The Democrats” or something like that. He has a friend that is a combat vet so I told him get up with ***** and ask about firearms. To the point, he carries today and his wife also carries today.
I think that during the dating process, one shouldn’t dominate the conversation about firearms.
She wants to learn about you, not your infatuation with Glocks or where you decided to stage.

A trip to the range can be a fun date as long as it’s kept fun.

Have you ever been around a fanatically anti-2A person? There is no Fun at the Range with some of them. Just sayin.
Yes, on a family range day with our Boy Scout Troop. Safety was everything. Anti 2-A moms and a few dads obliged to pitch in.
Several ended up buying their scouts their own .22s, and a couple of dads ended up later buying their own Glocks and ARs or shotguns.
We spent two nights camping on the range’s grassy area (most parents opted for motels), the club house used for classrooms and the rifle, pistol and trap ranges were open to scouts and parents a like.
The range offered demonstrations in black powder, pistol competition and handloading.
The trip ended with everyone chowing down on slices of fresh, iced watermelon—so sweet and refreshing.
It was a very successful outing, and yes, it was fun even for the anti 2-As.
I have found that if I can get someone, who isn’t pro 2A, to the range. That half the battle is won. As an example, one of my daughters roommates (after I trained my daughter, and got her, her first handgun and CCP) was very anti gun and her dad was a current FBI agent. I was able to coach her past her fears and misconceptions. She turned out to be a very good shot.
I just think if you can get them to the range, the rest becomes easier.
I had my own issues in getting my daughter past her fear and apprehension towards firearms. If you search for “12/19/18” you can read about a very bad day for my daughter and our family. It took a lot of love and caring to get my daughter to where she is today and I’m very proud of her.
But fear can be overcome it just takes understanding and time.

Doug48 I have seen sir SO MANY DEMOCRATS BUYING FIREARMS AND GETTING THEIR PERMITS . And they would have never bought any firearms ever but thanks to biden everyone is buying firearms more now then even during the civil war!! American citizens are scared and it’s not of guns it’s the people who have come in to our country and the criminals who are killing innocent people and our country is very dangerous after less than four years very violent people are here and evil people thanks to biden guns are selling and ammunition and yes women are not wanting to be hurt and they are getting over their fear of guns they are packing SIR !! I’ve got two failed marriages & firearms was NEVER the issue of the day. Lol
I have one failed marriage, guns weren’t an issue there either… until her boyfriend brought one over…
I remarried 10 years ago to a wonderful woman who I would lay my life down for in a second. She’s also a USCCA member. She isn’t so much a firearm enthusiast as a smart situationally aware person who knows her gun laws and has put in the training to confidently defend herself with a pistol if, God forbid, the situation ever arises. We slso have a few home defense plans thst we actively run through.
When we 1st dated I had my EDC on me. She never knew it until on our second date I told her my views on 2A & why I carry a pistol. She was interested but not until I took her to the range did she get serious about learning about guns & laws. God bless her, she still can’t shoot great but she can unholster a pistol & get the front sight on target as well as most.
I just now started talking to a woman, I haven’t brought firearms up yet, but in my dating profile I put pictures of me with Colion noir and John Lovell at 2022 USCCA EXPO.

Yes, they just have to be open minded to the idea and the rest will usually take care of itself.
I will sometimes make it an issue about safety. Telling or reminding them that there are over 400 million firearms in the United States. They are never going to go away and wouldn’t you think it would be in your best interest to at least be familiar with how they operate on the off chance you happen to stumble onto one in an unexpected place. Ie a public restroom.
