DW, I would have gone with Doctor Who. I am not familiar with that firearm maker. Just looked it up.

I have a “shoot like a girl” decal, but that’s the title of a book by a favorite author, Lisa Akers.
I also have a kayaking decal that says " I could use a good paddling"

Very good subject. I have both NRA and illinois Rifle Association on my jeep. I have yet to have any issues but have gotten looks in a negative way. My CCW instructor which is a county sheriff told us if you want to advertise with stickers you could be asking for trouble as for having your vehicle broken into. I have been back and forth about removing them but when I think about it I feel like I’m giving in to the anti gun groups plus now with red flag laws if someone don’t like it they can say your unstable and next thing you no your getting a knock on the door from a officer. I agree with both sides of this debate bottom line is what we in the gun community feel comfortable with. God Bless us all and to our first responders. BE SAFE.

Now I’m thinking of putting USCCA stickers on my vehicles. There was a poster here that mentioned that and now I’m constantly on the lookout. If I see one of those stickers, chances are he/she’s a member. Plus, I want more good law abiding people to know about the legal representation available and all the good materials available here. Would be neat to run into another member, if not but to say hello.

Coming from a corrections background in the seventies I could really put some
hard stickers with colorful language on my vehicles. Now that I have some age on
me (68) I have become the invisible man. I have one sticker on my truck and that
is a USCCA sticker. I am still looking for a USCCA hitch to put on the truck when I
am not pulling the 10,000 lb trailer, haven’t found that yet. As others have mentioned
please do what you are comfortable with. Stay safe, keep your head on a swivel, and
carry. Mike

What’s up and welcome to your new family, you will learn a lot here.

I would enjoy and use very small USCCA stickers on the cars (1" x 1" maybe?) if they are available.

This is such a difficult decision either way. Sometimes I feel stubborn about my freedom of speech and, at other times, I can see the potential problems it could create.

Out of curiosity, how many non-gun/firearm/2A people do you think recognize the stickers? I know the extreme people do, but what about the average Joe?

Are they in Condition White or do you think they notice?

Welcome to the family brother and glad you are amongst us.

I tell my neighbors when they ask about the stickers what they mean.

So a question
does anyone think that these stickers/clothes/displays could actually serve as a deterrent because they speak to the fact that we may be armed and probably are?

It can go either way. Not everyone knows what USCCA means. But it’s a good way that someone may approach you and ask. At that point you can decide to tell them or not. You can feel them out through a conversation and if you feel comfortable you start your pitch and let them know what kind of family they can have.

I don’t have some of the worries that others may. I live in a very conservative place with constitutional carry
big Trump country
but my sister lives outside Chicago and she won’t put up a yard sign of any kind.

I suspect that non-USCCA people don’t notice. It just looks patriotic.

Dawn I have had my USCCA sticker on my truck for a year and in all that time I have
had 1 person ask about it. My thought the average Joe is so far condition white that
they see nothing go on around them. Mike

The short answer is NO. To me it only serves to inflame some folks into action against a sticker. I am sure if I was wearing a USCCA T-shirt the action against the symbol would take a different approach. Most of the people that take action against a symbol are weak and uneducated. It is no different than tearing down a monument, no single person would do this, but a group would.

I think it is your right to have a sticker on your vehicle expressing your belief just remember not everyone will agree.
