Nobody is obligated to comply with “laws” that contradict the United States Constitution, since any legal language contradicting the constitution is, by definition, illegal, null and void.

If I ever purchased such @ weapon of that type I would not give it up due to the restriction being in direct conflict with our constitution as per previous comment.
