I am a retired Navy veteran (23 yrs & 1 yr Florida Army National Guard 146th signal battalion). I had to go on Social Security disability when I was 61. Not long afterward I also received my VA disability rated 80% & later considered as 100%. I have had 5 back and neck surgeries. I have always enjoyed shooting anything I could get my hands on. I was my American Legion Junior Sports Shooting Program manager/coach. I own a number of firearms including a .308 Garand. I have been a licensed firearm carrier for a number of years. This election year is what convinced me to join USCCA.
