Assassinations and Gun Control

After the assassinations of President John Kennedy, Attorney General Robert Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the Gun Control Act is passed and imposes stricter licensing and regulation on the firearms industry, establishes new categories of firearms offenses, and prohibits the sale of firearms and ammunition to felons and certain other prohibited persons. It also imposes the first Federal jurisdiction over “destructive devices,” including bombs, mines, grenades and other similar devices. Congress reorganizes ATU into the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax Division (ATTD) and delegates to them the enforcement of the Gun Control Act.

Personally, I think it is about government control, not the fact that you are a law abiding person, or that you have had training, , its about an agenda and I really should not get into that, but just remember
To concur a NATION you must first disarm the citizens, I’ll leave it at that

Control OF VOTES is what I think it’s about. More government control of our lives, making many more citizens dependent, weakens us all. The breakdown of Faith and Family are also probably two of the largest contributors to where society is today. When big government replaces these, we’re lost. If our faith and families were strong, we wouldn’t allow government, Hollywood, the music industry, social media and big media to influence, infiltrate and control out ability to think for ourselves and do what is moral and right. Our society is weak and morally corrupt.

What you say has value but where you say it is more important! In forums like this, you are preaching to the choir! Get this out to the general population so that THEY can begin to understand. We already do.

I agree with what you say. You have to remember when we had gun racks in our car and trucks the law was if you killed someone they sent you to the electric chair or shot you. Now day you get a few years in a prison that is better than some of the shooters homes outside of prison.
