Question… it’s unclear with online research… I have a Virginia resident CCP and am very concerned with current VA politics .. I have a concurrent new PA non-resident permit and am considering a Utah non-resident permit for versatility… advantages/disadvantages and additional training requirements to file? My frequent travel states are Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and North Carolina Thanks!
MD, NJ, NY don’t honor any other states permits. Other than that, not much difference imo. I’d actually look into FL as it doesn’t require a class as long as you have proof of training..
Edit…thinking about this some more and have a feeling your PA/VA combo covers as much as adding UT or FL. I had CT resident, added UT, turned out FL didn’t honor either, so got FL, then FL and 28 other states went Permitless carry.

Welcome to the community!
Try the new USCCA app. I like how it defaults to my permits and how they apply to states next to my residence.
See if the landing page answers your question.
Don’t you have to be a paying member to utilize the App? ![]()
Thanks, I do have ties to Florida and will follow up on this advice! J
