The image of gun owners

" no capability of critical thought"

now we’re going to switch the thread to public education

Yes, agree completely. Let me add that I see no “gun nuts” at my range, our RSOs are excellent, and pretty much everyone is focused on skill improvement. I wish the NRA would run more ads about their training and safety programs instead of being 100% focused on 2A issues.

For all the complaints about the rot at the top, every NRA event I’ve been around has been great. I have nothing but good things to say about their ranges or their competitors.

Maybe an up or down vote or comment spot on each picture. Start with your top 3 grannies with very poor gun handling. :-1:
Good from there.

As a female, (multiple) gun owner, and mother of a daughter I couldn’t love this or agree more. Spot on!

There ya go with “bullet bike”. Motorcyclists get bad press general, just like we do. Your bullet bike is my sport bike just like our AR is an assault weapon to the media.

Welcome to the family @Donevon and God bless you.

Thank you.

Candid shots or action shots aside (no pun intended), I just find posing with a gun to be weird.

Nice move by Jimmy’s guide muzzling the photographer.
I recall how many questions and criticisms were in the wild on how “genuine” the BHO pic is.

I recollect a famous photograph of Abe Lincoln shooting a Spencer rifle on the Whitehouse Lawn during the civil war, but apparently that image has been scrubbed from the internet. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
Curious,

It looks like smoke coming from one side, I guess it is just the angle, but it looks odd. It also looks like the stock, just in front of the trigger is taped… :sunglasses:

I have read reports that Eleanor Roosevelt routinely packed heat concealed.
