Yes, I am putting blame on myself because I am the only one that can do anything about it. I can’t force a psychopath to do anything about it. The only thing that will do something about it to a psychopath is a bullet. Nobody was there to put a bullet in the psychopath. I am taking the blame for that also for not encouraging more people to carry the guns and being trained.

Well as usual Biden has started his jabbering about ban assault weapons!
Biden wants to take away Americans right to own guns because of safety concerns, on the other hand he is letting terrorists, criminals, illegals and drugs free flow across the border which endangers many more than gun violence, Fentanyl alone will kill more than 100,000 Americans this year and who knows how many Americans will be murdered or injured by illegals whether a violent criminal or otherwise but that apparently does not matter to Biden?

Following the mass shooting that took place on Wednesday night Lewiston, Maine, USA , people are wondering what could have driven someone to commit such an act. The suspect is called Robert Card and an arrest warrant is out for the 40-year-old, who is the subject of a huge manhunt. The shootings, which have killed at least 18 people and injured many more, took place at the Just-in-Time Recreation bowling alley and at the Schemengees Bar and Grille. It is believed that those two venues were not chosen at random, as people who knew Card have spoken about his paranoia from the last few times he attended both sites.

Katie Card , who is married to Robert Card 's brother, has spoken about the suspect’s mental health and about how he was paranoid that people were gossiping about him the last few times he visited the Just-in-Time Recreation bowling alley and at the Schemengees Bar and Grille. “I have known Rob my whole life and he is quiet but the most loving, hardworking and kind person that I know,” Katie Card said, speaking to The Daily Beast. "But, in the past year, he had an acute episode of mental health, and it’s been a struggle. "He truly believed he was hearing people say things. "This all just happened within the last few months. Things have kind of gone downhill recently. "We tried to listen to him and tell him that nobody was talking about him. “Yesterday, as the story was unfolding, we prayed that Rob had nothing to do with this. But, when we heard the two places where the shooting happened, my husband rushed home.” It seems, therefore, that Robert Card had developed a grudge against his neighbors who had also spent time as these two leisure spots.

@Kevin1776 Kamala Harris talks a whole lot of talk trashing our Constitution, and that talk SAYS AWHOLE LOT OF NOTHING!!! Maine Officials had this deranged, mental person on their radar AND TOOK NO ACTION TO DISARM HIM by removing his firearms from his home while SEEKING MENTAL TREATMENT UNDER A DOCTOR’S CARE REGARDLESS whether there are “RED FLAG LAWS” or NOT, BUT AS A PRECAUTION while on TREATMENTS!! BUT, this WILL be used as another EXCUSE for HER ( Kamala Harris) GUN CONTROL ASSIGNMENT that she has recently been APPOINTED to further enforce gun control.

This as usual is a failure of Government and law enforcement, the police had actually transported this man during the summer for having had mental issues, the military knew he had the mental issues yet they did nothing about it!

Furthermore, NOTHING IS BEING ADDRESSED AS FAR AS MENTAL HEALTH which would be MORE OF A PRIORITY for people with these types of issues, that would put them on a watch list. Most mass shooters show some sort of Mental Illness. The Government would rather take the easy way out and use gun control 
that DOES NOT ADDRESS NOTHING!
