Marine Who Protected NYC Train Passengers Charged With Manslaughter

absolute miscarriage of justice.

‘after choking out a man with 42 previous arrests who was allegedly terrorizing passengers.’

42, let that sink in. If the DA was actually doing their job he would be behind bars instead of being dead. The City killed him.

Truth !!!

Well, from what I understand, inmates get pretty riled up by people screaming and acting the fool. So maybe alive, maybe not.

What’s interesting to me, the dude was out on bond.

Daniel Penny did nothing wrong!

BLM DA will drag him over hot coals, and if they found 12 willing to judge Bernie Goetz liable, they will find 12 to convict Penny.

Unfortunately, crazy, scary bums yelling and talking to people you cannot see are part of the urban landscape. When I worked in DC, I was panhandled every single work day, at least twice a day – once when I got off the metro at the Foggy Bottom station and once when I returned to go home. Sometimes the bums were polite, sometimes not so much.

Local governments are unable and unwilling to address this plague and inner cities deteriorate to a collection of dirty, crazy homeless bums who confront people who work, live or visit cities. The police and jails aren’t the answer because they are not social workers or mental health professionals, and there are way more homeless bums infesting our cities than any police department could possibly handle.

This is the legal defense campaign for Daniel Penny, now $1.2M and counting. If you havent heard of GiveSendGo, it is un-woke version of shameful gofundme.

If we’re smart, we let it burn! Save no one but yourself. Let blue cities burn. If you believe in a nation of law and order, get out!
They are going to use this marine as a prop!
It’s all over, the invasion is almost complete and the right thing is the wrong thing!
There is no recourse to the law! We allowed socialism! He’s a good man that did something
Shouldn’t we be burning down cities and tearing down statues in order to get justice for a man that recognized violence and bravely stood up for what we all know is right?
It seems it’s a lost cause.
If I were a woman in any blue state, I would seriously arm myself. No one is coming to your rescue, not if this hero goes to prison.
It also seems NY is more impressed if you take videos of rape, murder and violent harassment than save lives!
Let them burn!

Maybe you couldnt arm yourself (may issue in Manhattan, you can imagine), but with some surgery and hormone therapy you could be a woman!
LOL

I don’t think you need the surgery these days, all you have to do is “identify” as a woman.

Just avoid large cities all together. I know people have to work in them but I would seriously consider a career change. Nothing good happens in large dem cities. JMHO.

It was the Manhattan DA. that charged him with second degree manslaughter.

YES! Hire “Snake Plissken” !!! He would tackle the Soro’s funded Legal system , send fat Albert Bragg to jail and right their ship! I am so glad I left Nueva Yorka years ago! It is hopeless and screwed. The citizens will (if they haven’t already) find out that the S0cialist nightmare is not for their betterment. Taking the subway is a great way to get killed.

So if Daniel Penny was a member of USCCA, would they be defending this guy right now?

(If hypothetically he didn’t live in new York, but was just visiting, since he can’t buy USCCA because he lives there.)

Not Guilty! May victory be yours Marine Semper Fi :us:

I heard on the radio this morning that his legal defense fund has collected close to $2M.
The DA might have picked the wrong person to make an example of.

I think if he goes to court, it should be in full dress uniform. If I’m right honorably discharged members can still wear their uniform! Respectfully!

I feel a true show of support would be every single honorably discharged, retired and active duty United States Marine, shows up to the court house in full dress blues! Not as a show of force!

Loyalty not only to the Corp but to the United States!

If they can kneel for the anthem, we can stand for HONOR, SERVICE and SACRIFICE!
