I was debriefed when I left. I was never deoathed

A great way to say the same thing. Arguably better. However, the closing statements, unfortunately in these days, has the very real danger of being too naive. Yes, I have hope but I also have a Democrat party leadership administration (they seem to be disenfranchising their own party), a lame duck Republican party leadership and an unbelievable and morally destitute approach to civil liberties. What in the world is next???

You are right when I took my oath,it had no time limit on,and the Justice system is corrupt as heck and so far as being peaceful, demonstration, that has not worked so far ,(reference to Jan 2nd),so nothing will change until the People actually stand and just say no more and decide it!

You are right there Scott and that is exactly what I am preparing for!

Having never served in the military, I never swore an oath to the Constitution. However, as an American citizen, I believe, fully, in our Constitution, and will not concede.

Where are you going with this?

Yes, I took an oath. But if you’re going to start hunting down people you deem to be domestic enemies, then you and I interpret that oath very differently.

I don’t think anyone here could have said it better!
Before our very eyes, we’re witnessing an administration who also took that same oath and are actively hunting down its domestic enemies, us!
Some are spending time in solitary confinement for being in a zip code other than their own! Yet KILLERS are free to roam the streets! And professionals who SWORE to do NO HARM are killing, as a practice?
“Scotty, beam me the heck up”!
I took a different oath! On a different planet! FASCINATING!

If this is part of the oath I took, I’ll gladly renounce it!
Gosh, I’ve never seen such support! On national TV. And my wife thought I was arrogant! Some here thought me as arrogant, I got flagged, she made millions!

That’s the most DISGRACEFUL act I’ve ever seen up to that point!
That’s an insurrection! That’s a violent extremist, not a patriot. That’s a stripping of rank and brig time according to the UCMJ!

Loving my country and displaying its colors now makes me an EXTREMIST? So be it!
Slogans like “don’t tread on me” or “give me liberty or give me death” make ME an extremist, but “pigs in a blanket, fry’em like bacon” is SUPPORTING the Constitution?
I’ll agree to one caveat in that they can say it as loudly as they wish, they just can’t act upon it!
They can’t pressure our Supreme Court in an effort to change its upholding of any laws, especially not at their place of residence!
They have acted and drew first blood. We will bleed out if nothing is done.

I don’t see support or defense of our Constitution nor defense of our country! The UCMJ mentions nothing about opening the borders of a sovereign nation, nothing about killing babies, surely nothing about making crime legal! They’ve armed the IRS! How CONVENIENT!
Who’s hunting who? I’ve looked everywhere inside the UCMJ and it mentions NOTHING about “white rage”.

As a matter of fact, color, pronouns even religion had no place, we were all fighting for the common good, OUR NEIGHBOR and their ability to sleep safely at night! That’s what the oath meant to me!
Absolutely nothing about this administration is in SUPPORT or DEFENSE of our United States Constitution!

How does selling our own strategic oil to the enemy SUPPORT, how does allowing crime in the streets SUPPORT? How does opening the borders to the enemies worldwide a DEFENSE?
Maybe we need to read deeper into “defense of what”. Personally I ( stupid me ) thought it was in defense of our own way of life, our country, our nationality, if you will.

Taking away our right to be self sufficient, ie: energy, a peaceful safe existence, etc, etc, we could go on for a year and a half about how this administration has failed embarrassingly across the globe on how NOT to SUPPORT and DEFEND its own Constitution!

The bigger question, is where do we want to go? What do we want to be?

As a reminder, it is a federal crime and a violation of the oath of office, advocating the overthrow of OUR constitutional form of government!
What part of PRESERVE, PROTECT and DEFEND did Brandon NOT understand?
Notice it said FORM of government, it is being overthrown, from a REPUBLIC to COMMUNISTIC SOCIALISM! So again, who is the extremist and who are the sheep? It’s very clear what we are doing about it! NOTHING! Might not want to mention that to your grandkids!

Who are domestic enemies? That is the major portion of where I am going. We, as American citizens need a LEGAL definition from an unprejudiced American authority seeing that the “Citizen” doesn’t seem to be able to articulate. We want the government to make all of these decisions and then revolt when they do. What sort of insanity is this?

How do you define a domestic enemy???

Can we, as citizens, have a distinct and prosecutable definition/legal decision? If so, What?!? If not, WHY?!?

As was alluded to in that video, is there a point of no return? God, I hope not. The question is a return from what??? A civil war? A period of insanity? A period of corporate apathy? WHAT???

No, we cannot. Because every citizen will define it differently, and we’ll quickly descend into anarchy as little militias go around hunting down perceived enemies. For every American you see as a domestic enemy, there’s an American who sees you as the enemy.

Americans have collectively never agreed on anything. That doesn’t make us enemies. For all our flaws- and we have many of them- we’re still a nation of laws.

That said, back to (what I think was) your original point, it would be useful to define what a domestic enemy is. But since it takes (or is supposed to take) an act of Congress to define foreign enemies, wouldn’t it be the same for domestic enemies?

That is exactly why we need the Supreme Court, not politicians or citizens deciding this issue. I won’t backdown from demanding representation even if our chosen form of government is allowed to ratify our Constitution. If you don’t understand what I am saying, study up my brother. I am not wrong. Personal beliefs are not the issue here - FACTS are.

I’m not sure how we would get a Supreme Court definition, unless there’s a legal definition of “domestic enemy” that can be challenged.

But I’m going into this pessimistically. Look how loosely people use the term “terrorist,” or even “traitor.” I can only imagine how wide those flood gates would open the first time someone was convicted of being a domestic enemy.

My job in Nav Sec Gru, even as an enlisted member, was to study our foreign enemies (intently), the Art of War, the facts of a problem and brief my superiors. I also was a lead processor of ELIENT over 1/3rd of the globe at any one of our 5 bases around the globe. Our program was relied upon by every branch of the military, our federal agencies and our Allie’s. We had 5 minutes to solve grave issues before all hell broke out. I was called upon to go into the field to identify sources of a signal when needed. This, I was in need of mentoring by the real warriors at times. I needed to understand how to defeat the leaders of the various appointed foreign enemies and their plans and capabilities. Personal feelings were not an issue. I studied the government and military leadership of such countries as Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya and others. I was privy to incredibly sensitive information. Navy SEALS were assigned missions and the Admiral in charge of the Nimitz Battle Group and possibly the entire 6th fleet required me to solve a real world problem that read in his message to my command (after all the big shots went home for the evening), “We are going to war, fix it!” and I had 5 minutes to respond. I was an E5 enlisted puke, dude, not an officer. This ISN’T bragging. God forbid!! This is real world military that many of my brothers and sisters can attest to. So, I apply this same resolve to determination of who and what is a domestic enemy presenting a “real world” clear and present danger to my Constitution. I do not feel that I have the backup nor the authority I had when I was forced to confront a foreign enemy. And this, as a citizen, is no less my responsibility dealing with domestic enemies to my Constitution. Voices matter here and actions are no less required. However, I can not ignore the voices of reason and neither can anyone else. Let’s do this right. Let’s get er done!!!

God help us!!! We are in no different a battle now but we are fighting a legally unidentified, corporate domestic enemy and it cripples a real, effective and affective defense against this enemy.

We need to demand a TRULY politically independent Supreme Court decision on what constitutes a “domestic enemy” to our Constitution. We need to have, as citizens, a real authority to pursue prosecution of those that betray this confidence no matter what position they hold in our “representative” form of democracy. That may require a forced demand from a sufficient number of citizens (not immigrants and felons). And I pray not through a civil war. Have we indeed passed the point of no return??? I believe not. But we may not be able to afford to wait for much longer. The natives are not just restless anymore.

Fantastic, Scott. You are 100% the reason I am a “protector.” So are the citizens without a voice. The USA needs all of us not just the complacent or the citizen that wants the government to make these decisions. We, as citizens, we’re never meant to be, “not in charge.”

When I read up on exactly what a Democracy is, a Republic is and what a democratic Republic is, I can understand how a citizen would want their government to make these decisions and ratify their Constitution to fit their needs. However, I am made so aware of the dangers that we as a nation now face. Our government is way out of touch and control and it is our own fault

This incident made me want to throw up. It was a disgrace to any citizen. When the top 3 or 4 positions for Presidency are as anti-American and incredibly irresponsible as to disgrace their office and every citizen by that action and the actions of the entire Democrat party leadership by declaring that any citizen who apposes their political agenda is a “Deplorable, a scourge of our society” is not a leader of our nation. That behavior belongs to hate groups and degenerates - not our country’s leadership.

They are the deplorable and scourge of any society that considers itself free. However, we reside in a nation that ignores this behavior and even thinks it is cute and funny. Impeachment should not have been an opinion. It should have been enforced immediately. She is in line to be our President. She is not just a public figure. And this is not a just a political agenda or opinion. Will Smith received more public outrage. Dear God, what a blatant display of arrogance and ignorance. As my mentor, that Sr. Chief Navy SEAL, this is we’re he looked when he was called upon to go and destroy a foreign enemy. He purposed to look for arrogance and exploit the resident ignorance. Yes, I will always seek to differentiate between “Confidence of Knowing” and arrogance. The current administration and our House l is the latter. We’ll see about our Senate and the Supreme Court.

I don’t fully understand why you would be worried about me! I’m done, I’m going to play the voting thing, even though I know it’s not going to count!
After these two elections, I’m out, giving up, not playing the game with a cheater! We don’t have a voice and there is no recourse!
So I’ll watch Rome burn from my garden!

Like law enforcement, I’ve lived up to my oath, however since no one has our back, it’s a fend for yourself deal! When I served, the comfort that comes from an AMERICAN President is undeniable.

I’m sick to my stomach, that you can brawl, fight, disrespect and kill law enforcement, including innocent civilians and your set free to do it again! I define that as domestic terrorism when it’s backed by the administration!

You are a welcomed member of this loose family. The first Schuckert in my family branch to come to America was my great Grandfather. He was hunchbacked at 14 from working the creeper mines near Lars Germany (we think). He didn’t speak any English. He was a stowaway on a steamer at 14 and landed in Boston. From there, he followed other German emigrants to Michigan and settled in north Michigan. He was an alcoholic and spent family savings for booze and hunting camps as he lived an obscure life. His son decame a Chief Petty Officer after 6 months in WWI due to combat deaths. He fathered my Dad and uncle. My Dad was pulled out of the Univ. of Michigan as a sophmore and turned into a bomber pilot in WWII. My uncle joined the Navy and served in the Pacific in WWII. My Mom’s relatives were Dutch and English. My great, great Grandmother was kidnapped by Iroquois Indians in northern Michigan terrterritory at the age of 2. She was returned to the same cabin 10 years later as a wonderfully healthy and normal 12 year old. She went on to mother the Dad of my great Grandfather who fought for the Union in the Cival War. He fathered my Grandpa who at 17 became a Sgt. Scout in WWI. His war time job was to crawl through nomans’ land and through the German trenches counting the living from the dead. He’d poke the body of a German soldier with his Colt 45 1911 to see it he was alive or dead. He recorded his findings in his notebook and keep it in his military satchel. He would then crawl back and report to what ever officer that was still alive so they could plan for their next charge. I have my Granddad’s note pad, pencil, satchel, helmet, mess can ans letters to Grandma back home. I was shooting his 45 at age 8 in the country around Cass City, Michigan and for the next several years until it was stolen from my parents’ home. My Mom’s brother was a rear gunner in bombers during WWII. My Grandfather, Uncle, myself and two sons have all graduated from Great Lakes Navy bootcamp. Legal immigrants made and have served this country to today. God bless them!!!

Thank you for your service as a soldier. You know the price of freedom in your own way. I trust you are healthy and safe now.

Anyone interested in my education background? I was born with ADHD/LD and flunked my way through the primary and secondary school years. This was pre scoecial ed so I did not get the lable that is now awarded all spec ed programs that prohibit service in the military, denies college education and social status and, in general, deflates childrens’ self image and self-efficacy. I bounced around Jr colleges and the University of Alabama. I passed jr college classes but failed all university classes. I scored high enough on the military and Navy entrance exams to be placed in the Naval Security Group. During my enlistment (5 years) I took courses through the Univ of Maryland and the Univ of Edinburgh. When I returned home, I finished my Bachelor’s degree in business sciences with an emphasis in management.

My initials are BS. That was my op sign in NSG. I have a Bachelor’s degree in business sciences. This makes me a BS with a BS in BS and I can prove it, buster. I later received a Masters degree at age 55 in disabilities mild to severe. When my second son received the same diagnosis of ADHD/LD with dyslexic tendencies that is older brother was labled with 8 years earlier in our illustrious public education system, I had to learn more about this invisable disability. When I found a specialist, Dr. Edwin S. Ellis, in learning disabilities and set an appointment with him, he explained me to me in the first 15 minutes. I was undiagnosed but was dealt with (with my poor grade performances and behaviors) by the wonderful public education teachers and administration via, “Bobby (later Robert) your are going to be sent to Viet Nam and you are going to die.” Great incentive - not to study academics but how to support survival while in Viet Nam. Between ages 8-9 until 17 (grades 4-12) I was drowned, blown up, shot, electrocuted, set on fire, stabbed, sliced and left for dead twice by my buddies. Now thats an education.

I hiked most of the Appalachian Trail in Tennessee and the Carolinas and slept with a 600 pound (or less) sow black bear and walked with a yearling bear for over a mile. Before these two separate events, I met up with a Cherokee Indian man who I walked with for about three miles on the Appalachin Trail between Cosby campgrounds 1 and 2 near Cherokee, NC. Before he left me to hike the remaining 3 miles to Cosby Campground 2 by myself (I was 14 years old) he gave me a name, in Cherokee. I asked him what it meant and he replied, “Walks with Bears.” How did he know??? Shortly after we departed, that yearling bear came out of the tree line and walked beside me on the trail. I talked to it but it never replied (that’s my story and I’m stickin to it). Later that night when I arrived at Cosby campground 2 I slept on the groung just inside of a three walled hut (this is before they built bear proof shelters on the trail. All the bunks along the rear wall were taken and all the backpack hooks along the ceiling were also taken. So, I placed my pack behind me on the ground and slept between my pack and the hut opening.

Later that night while I was asleep, I kept hearing noises and when I rolled over I noticed this huge shiny sloping shape lying beside me and it was licking out the canvas nap sack I used as a backpack. I was going to be resupplied the next day at a road crossing and all my ham, bacon, eggs, bisquick, butter and powdered milk supplies were all but depleated and the bear was licking out any juices left behind. The campers in the bunks (bless their hearts) were telling me that they were gonna scare the bear away by beating on their mess kits with their flash lights, boots and utensils. Thats when I realized that I was between the bear and her escape. I pulled the cotton stuffed sleeping bag over my head and began to pray that the crushing would be as painless as possible. They told me later, as I was recovering from the trauma, that she treated me more as her cub than a human. She got up carefully and painstakenly placed two paws over me, knelt down to smell my head and then did the same with her remaining two paws. They said she stopped and looked back at me before sauntering off into the starry and moonlit night. Now how about them apples? Again, how’d that Indian know about bears and something was lost in the translation between walking and sleeping with bears.

TMI. Are you just lonely???

Ya. Mostly I love to watch Mr. Rogers reruns and work on my crocheting.

Funny, the night you posted that image, they sunk his boat! We’ve lost any sense of control, all we can do now is re-act.
Something we’re taught NOT to do!
Hitler has a plan and it just got implemented!
