Have you gotten any prior therapeutic exercises or training prior to entering surgery.
Just a recommendation plenty of fluids and a $3.00 spirometer. Keep the lungs in shape. It’s the one thing my wife is struggling with the most and has me the most concerned.
Her lung capacity was excellent prior to surgery after surgery half the capacity. Doc checked, sounds good asked if there was much coughing.
My wife said “yeah, only when I breathe”!
I laughed, she laughed, doctor laughed…we’re on our way back to emergency room! LOL just kidding.
The doctor didn’t laugh!

Sounds like I’m not on an island concerning drugs and vaccines.
Not sure what type of hospital you’ll be visiting ours is a teaching facility.

Matter of fact our anesthesiologist, ironically, was the coolest person we met! Who’d a thunk it?
We mentioned the hiccups directly to the people involved.
The people that couldn’t find a vein ( major bruises ), the blood pressure cuff that left bruises that looked like a kidnapping, and the young “nurse” that tripped and fell on my wife. Nurse left the room in tears!
No need to take it any further. I think she learned!
I noted every name, every drug, every test. I have two three ring binders full of day to day activities. I have PIN numbers, addresses, mother’s maiden names, favorite hobbies, license plate numbers, I got it all!
Didn’t have to be that diligent but my wife expects no less!

probably not, it depends on what state you live in.up north if it’s a democrat in the white house their totally against our country. They want communism and control. They don’t back our millitary.there treasonist people. They don’t mind if we get attacked by terrorists.

Not a vet, but I get the heebie geebies on the 4th because over half the sounds I hear here in OR are gun reports. When down in So Cal, I heard a full auto AK spread 60 rounds off and found one piece of lead in my gutter. It had come down on my house and rolled down. When you hear distinct gunfire, in normal patterns which match mag counts, you can’t help but get a shiver. 7 deeper .45s, 10 of any pitch, 2 very deep booms by a side-by-side shotgun, 17 9mm, etc. I keep waiting for some to pierce my walls.
Yup, much easier to stay at the homestead during ANY celebratory day. There are far too many crazies out in society today. Far more by 25x than in my childhood (50-60 years ago.)
I’m sure there will be both attempts and failures on the 4th, but there is no way to have caught all the tangoes who made it into the country during the days of the Resident José Bidet Regime.

We need to ban refugees from our shores. Since we got rid of their oppressors, they can stay there and fix the rest of their countries for themselves.
Please hurriedly do away with birthright citizenship here, too. End mass immigration and let in ONLY people who meet the merit of people we need.
Finish weeding out the Leftist scum from our education system, government (all the way down to city councils), congress, and courts.

Judicial Watch has forced over a dozen states to clean out more than 5M names so far, and it’s ongoing. That’s a BIG help. They’re still trying to end illegal invader voting, too. Think what Resident José Bidet did for the census, adding (100?) representatives to the mess. They’re forced states to end 2 week counting sessions, where all ballots coming in up to 2 weeks after election day were counted.

No I am not worried about it, the chances of Iranians having sleeper cells ready to kill us all is about as high as it was with Iraq having them in 2001. I am sure there are those in the Federal Government who want us to lay awake all night worried about this, as a justification for this war. But the only people who are going to die over this will be our soldiers who didn’t get a choice.
