I, for some reason, woke up this morning with this on my mind. Probably have watched too much news. All of Iran’s proxies (i.e. terrorist groups) are probably pissed that their money train has been cut off. I know I was mad about being laid off because of downsizing many, many years ago.
Does anyone think it’s a possibility that the terrorist cells here will wait to hit us around July 4, 2026. I haven’t heard any mention of it and am probably thinking too far ahead but everyone knows it’s not July 4th without fireworks. Everyone knows they wouldn’t mind doing it. What say ye?
I have ‘heard’ that the ‘Sleeper Cells’ (if any left) were mostly taken care of BEFORE this little dust up. Kinda like everyone was expecting a resurgence from ‘Antiphucks’ during the ICE Brigade show…never happened because they were dealt with beforehand.

That’s the truth! We have no idea. I was listening to the news the night before and they were talking about the types of places the terrorist would hit. For some reason the first thing that hit me when I woke up this morning was July 4th and anywhere people gathered to watch all the fireworks shows.
As we can plainly see my Brothers and Sisters the one’s doing the Shootings are choosing ‘Targets of Opportunity (Bars, Restaurants, Open air markets). Some of the most unprotected places. In Austin the Cops were RIGHT THERE in .58 seconds, EMS soon after that is how they engaged and Neutralized this idiot before it got unbelievably worse. 58 SECONDS!
We won’t always be that lucky but folk’s are paying attention. My personal belief is this is where the Private Citizen ARMY Gunner’s come in. The standard rules still apply for us. (because the White Hats can’t be everywhere ).

Honestly, I’ve considered it since Trump talked about all the festivities planned that it was a certainty that our 250th would attract some form of attack. Was talking to a friend and we agreed that they will not look for revenge now. They will plan, wait to hit at our most vulnerable point. Hope our intelligence will deal with it before it becomes an issue.
Yea, they seem to wait until everyone goes back to sleep, then they attack. Four months for a really high-profile job to make a statement doesn’t seem out of the realm of possibility.
I thought about that yesterday. It would be devastating. I am trying my best to stay calm but ya know there is just a feeling I can’t shake. I was thinking also, if terrorists start shooting up crowds with automatic firearms, which is a possibility, where does that put the average person who trains a couple times a year and may or may not be carrying? We have a lot of guns in this country yes, but most civilians have not spent their entire lives being trained to do what these jihads are planning. Wish I was way up in the mountains somewhere away from the possibility of getting caught up in something.
The training and carrying can be fixed. All you have to do is increase the time you spend doing both. And, you would be amazed at what you can do if your life is on the line. The feeling isn’t something you want to shake. Just turn it into situational awareness. Be somewhat aware of everything going on around you and have several different plans to get out or fight should the circumstances warrant it.
Throughout our History as a FREE COUNTRY that has always been the case.

What I don’t understand (unless I’m missing something) is why wasn’t there any return fire in the Austin shooting, doesn’t anyone carry any firearms in TEXAS? I thought since TEXAS has no permit to carry concealed or open carry, that mostly everyone carries for self-defense what am I missing?
