I personally use Tier 1 Concealment, Muddy River, and Alien Gear.
As far as a holster for in the car it depends how and where you want the holster to be located.

I can’t suggest car holsters because I don’t use one but as far as IWB and IWB I use Alien Gear, C&G, Concealment Express and We the People. All good holster companies.

Welcome! My recommendation for a car holster is your every day carry holster that you use to have the pistol on your person. I am big on consistency, and also big on the silliness of putting yourself into situations where you either leave a gun in the car in the mall parking lot, or have to handle a gun every time you get in or out of the car while risking it being left in the car while you get out.
I know some people administratively handle their loaded gun in the car a lot (Danger, Will, Danger) to transfer it back and forth, but, I’d advise against. Just leave it in your EDC holster. That way if, say, you are in a fender bender or somebody comes at you while you are in your car, and your car in immobilized (rarely will drawing and firing be the best course of action when you are in the driver’s seat), you can just straight bail from the car and still have the gun on you, and you don’t have to stop to handle a gun or get out of the car with a gun in your hand when you didn’t want to have a gun in your hand.

First of all I wish you good luck.
Then be prepared to have more than one holster. I hope you don’t end up with “holster drawer” like a lot of us. 
So I wish you good luck again to find the first to be the One.
I cannot recommend anything for the car. This has too many variables for best configuration. Do you want to keep the firearm on you, or perhaps on the door pocket? Center console or front of your seat? You will have to figure it out what works best in any situation you can imagine you will have to draw.
For carry on you holster… I like Tier 1 Concealed. After 2 years of using 3 or 4 others, this one is the Winner. Pricey, but gives you everything you asked for: very reliable.

Try contacting Lanny Wilson, Carolina Gun Werx. His company made two custom holsters for me.
I’m certain he can figure something out for a fair price.

I use the AlienGear holster and bolted their mount under the steering column on my car. I ended up buying extra mounts and shells so one stays mounted in each car and I don’t have to take apart my edc holster.
If you’re switching between G17 and G19, get the G17 for the car and both will fit.

This is the holster for my p938. You will notice it is exactly the same holster style as my usual carry for the hellcat. Again the same holster style for my Kimber super custom carry. For these size pistols they work well and by using the same holster system regardless of what firearm I’m carrying that day it will present itself to my hand in a similar customary feel. For me I like that.
