I was gifted a Glock 26 Gen 4 with a CTC laser grip pointer and now looking for holster recommendations from others in this group. My preferred carry is the 4 o’clock position. Honestly, I’m not experienced enough for appendix carry. Kydex , leather or hybrid? Brand?

I do have the Crossbreed mini tuck for my S&W Shield 9 mm and it is very comfortable. I find the double belt clips time consuming to put in place just to wear the holster. That’s why I am researching a single clip system with maybe a claw to make it easier to use. Currently, it is far easier to put my Ruger .380 in a grip sleeve holster and stick it in my pocket. Not the best option but as we know, if a holster becomes too difficult or uncomfortable, we are more likely to not carry for protection. Thanks for the Crossbreed suggestion, I’ll look into their options again.

I’ve worn my crossbreed for a week, literally 24/7 on a road trip in my RV only taking it off to change clothes.
Yes I slept with my gun on as well.
I’m sure there are other holsters out there that fit other people better,….
But my $$ is on crossbreed.

You only need to put it on once!

I changed from the single clip system to the two clip system years ago. There was more than one reason, but the main reason is the thickness stack up of the holster, firearm, and clip made it print under T-shirts. The two clip system is thinner and even though it adds more material against my body it does not make me sweat any more than the single clip did living in South Florida.
