Holster for Glock 19 and Streamlight 7A (or just a 7)

I purchased a Gen 5 Glock 19 with optic earlier this year and added a Streamlight 7A light. I really like the gun and the setup; however, I’m having a hard time finding a holster. My previous ECD was a Glock 48 in a Cross Breed Reckoning holster with magazine holder which I really liked. Unfortunately, Cross Breed doesn’t make a Reckoning holster for the Streamlight 7 series of lights. I looked around and decided to try a holster from T-Rex Arms. I have really tried to like it, but it just isn’t working for me. The hinge between the holster and magazine carrier flexes out making it print, and the placement of the clips makes it fit awkwardly on my belt.

All that to say I’m in the market for another holster. I thought I would ask what others with this setup use for a holster. Below are the two things I really prefer in a holster:

  1. Clips on either side of the holster, not directly over the firearm and magazine holder
  2. Leather, or similar backing

Any suggestions?

I have a light and red dot. Werkz.

They work great. I have one for my EDC Glock 41 with Red Dot Optic and Streamlight 9 and a weak side mag carrier. Or you can attach the mag carrier to your holster.

I also run a G19 with optics and a TLR-8.

I’ve had luck with my We The People holsters (both IWB and OWB).

Check around for manufacturers doing custom builds. At some, you can bring your rig in and have a custom holster build - literally - while you wait. If you mail order something make sure you understand their return policy!!

Karacal,

Can the cant be adjusted? It looks a little severely canted toward the front on their web site. I prefer mine with the grip more horizontal.

The clips attach in 3 different holes for different cant angles. The picture shows 2 but there are 3

I carry a Glock 17 with Streamlight TLR-7A. I go with Tier 1 concealed, and Safariland for my owb holsters.
