I hope so, the G34 I have, I’m not a fan of the sights. Not a good shot with them when it comes to speed… so I’m going to replace the sights for a profile I like.

@Orpackrat here are a couple of threads on the Canik. One thing to pay attention to is if you’re getting stovepipes or failure to ejects, there is a spring kit that gives you a slightly lower power recoil spring and will solve the problem. My hubby (with his tree-trunk wrists) doesn’t have any issues with the stock spring, but I needed the slightly softer one… and now its perfect. @Raymond… I’m just gonna say… it’s not the gun Here’s why I say that… Fiocchi ammo working fine in my TP9SFx. Now The first 5 rounds I stovepiped Every.Single.One. My hubby put the next 5 rounds through it - zero stovepipes. Next 5 rounds were mine - 4 out of 5 stovepipes. Canik TP9 Elite SC - subcompact 15+1 SWEET!

So I got the new baby Canik to the range today… it shoots as sweet as I thought it would. Its 12+1 or 15+1, feels great in the hand and is Simply Lovely to shoot.
