How many times do I have to provide the email address and download Free Guide to stop receiving this pop up windows on my phone?

Just to confirm, it looks like you’re logged in already when you’re seeing that?
What platform/app are you using?
@Dawn - I’m getting the popups, too. iPhone 12 Mini, DiscourseHub app.
Do they show up every time you visit after you’ve X’d out?
To be clear, I believe it should be once you say no thanks by X’ing out you shouldn’t get it again. And I didn’t think you should get it at all when you’re logged in. I’ll talk to my tech guru and see what’s going on.
If you are logged in, you should only see that offer once. After you’ve entered your email or x’d out you shouldn’t see the offer again.
IF you are logged in and still seeing that offer multiple times, please let me know what platform/software you’re using and we’ll dig into it.

Yup. I’m always logged in.
But… It’s now been a few hours since I last saw the popup.
I’m always logged in. Android11.
I’ve never got this offer on my PC.
Same here.
Not every time. No pattern. Sometimes I read the post and no offer. Then I come back to my phone after few minutes, open another thread for reading… and boom - it pops up.
And it’s happening mostly once per day. Only once I’ve got it 3 times in one day.

When you’re logged out it doesn’t surprise me.

I never log out from the Community. The offer popped up again this morning when I finished reading one thread and jumped to another.
Wow that would be annoying!
I only see it when I get to the login screen as I log out.
Well, you seem to be a special case, @Jerzees 
I’ll talk to my awesome tech person and see what’s up with that. In the meantime, let’s try an old computer trick - can you log out of your account and log back in? It will probably not do anything, but it’s worth the effort if it solves the issue!

@Dawn - new data point. I just got the popup on my iPhone. I will log out and back in.
Update: Got the popup right away.

Anyway… as suggested - I logged out from my PC and phone, logged back in… and started counting 
Yeah… as @Dawn mentioned - once you log out you would get it as unregistered user.
I had the same… however only on my phone, not PC. And it doesn’t matter where I logged out/in first - always phone gets the offer.
Sorry - I meant I got the popup right away when I logged back in.
You have to download another copy of “Free Guide” then. 
C’mon… it’s for free !
