Anyone planning on taking advantage of free Norton Lifelock for USCCA Members?

If your computer won’t work or connect to the Internet…you’re protected. I wish that they’d just come out and say that. lol

That’d be about as useful as wearing a condom during self abuse though…

The only experience I’ve had with Norton products over the decades is that they become scarier than the threats they’re supposed to protect you from after the subscription expires. I looked into it, but my bank already does what they do and they have direct access to all my finances. I would look to see what your bank can do first and compare against this product.

I’m giving it a test run with my general info. It found some things but that is to be expected if you have been on the internet for decades. I am a little hesitant to enter my bank and credit card info just yet.

I purchased this through my employer at a discounted rate but considering switching to this one which is free. I compared and it is the same that I am paying for.

@S_R Thanks, and welcome to the fray! :slightly_smiling_face: Guess I am too paranoid of the “cloud”.

I was gonna sign up when I got to work last night,…. But then I got my @$$ kicked in nonstop and totally forgot about it! :man_facepalming:t2:

Normally there are lulls between shifts where I’m sitting waiting for my next move. Not last night!

It’s very time consuming to set up. Be careful once you get set up and start following the links. They take you to other websites that want to charge to look up or remove info so it’s all not totally free. Plus, if you the find any of your info on the dark web they say there isn’t anything they can do about it. I’m still learning.

It takes quite a while to work through all of the Privacy Monitor sites and remove your data. Do one at a time so the codes don’t get crossed…

Nothing in this Life is FREE and you most of all Ron should know this

You’re right. It’s included in your membership

For now it says

Yes. You can opt out any time.

But they will still have your INFO

Unless you ask them to remove it.
