Malice (Or, lack thereof) IS a key component of the charge.

Staying free was only the beginning. I sure hope that 100% of the profit goes to the dead lady’s family.

Justice has been served LOL! Anyone who doubted this outcome - please self-reflect.

Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissed the actor’s case with prejudice on Friday.

This dismissal was based on the misconduct of police and prosecutors over the withholding of evidence from the defense in the shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film “Rust.”

This means the prosecution cannot file charges against Baldwin again in the shooting death of Hutchins.

I’m not wishing this, but poetic justice would be him buying a firearm to protect himself and…you know, because he won’t get trained.

What still gripes me is it went off without the trigger being pulled.Unless I’m mistaken it can’t cock itself.

I have a single six,… and that trigger is LIGHT!!!

It is a western they were filming, so no doubt the gun was a single action

He may not have thought he pulled the trigger, but if his booger hook was inside the guard, he did.

Regardless, you are correct, the gun could NOT have cocked itself, that was something he had to do.

Hey, Mr. Prosecutor, Step over here, into the alley, You know, I like you kid. Listen, I’m having some discomfort over this manslaughter thing, and you know I don’t like discomfort. So how about you do a bro a solid? I’m not talking about dropping the charges, that would be obvious. But you could make a mistake, like a 1/2 million dollar OOppsy. Great, I’ll vote for ya. Look for the brown brief case…

If you point a firearm at someone without the intent to destroy them…what are you doing? Just F’n around…so there’s no consequences? “Oh, him? He was just F’n around. He didn’t mean it…”
