That’s a nice Ruger SR9c you have there.

1 have 4 of them. 2 leather and 2 nylon . I match them with Vedder Holsters for whatever firearm I’m carrying for the day.

I have two other ratcheting belts and the day came when my SIG 9mm carry came off of the belt: completely. They are just fine for a everyday wear but NOT for EDC. Been wearing my NEXBELT for 3 weeks now and will never (ever!) wear anything else. Period.

Welcome to the group @Michael321! Are you sporting the web version or the leather?

The more I hear about this belt, the more I want one.

The leather; the one that looks like a normal buckle (but is so not). The way the way the “buckle “ is connected to the leather is with SS set screws - not coming apart. This is now my idea of a Gun belt.

I got the USCCA branded Nexbelt. It didn’t come with all of the screws. The USCCA branded plate came off of the buckle. I broke two scalpels trying to trim the belt down to size (the blades shot off with impressive velocity). It’s falling apart, and every time I fasten it, the buckle tries to come off.

This all sounds very negative, but the thing works, and works well. I had some unexpected expenses recently, but when I get caught back up, a new Nexbelt is on my list of items to obtain.

I have two of them. They are ok for slacks and a fairly light handgun but I didn’t find them adequate for my heavier guns or my jeans.

I wear either Carhartt Jeans or 5.11 “tactical pants” most of the time.

These are the belts I wear most of the time now.

Very practical, extremely comfortable, never rolls or stretches and will support and properly distribute a lot of weight. They also help me a lot support wise for my lower back issues.

Ok, here’s that deer season report. The Nexbelt handled all that’s weight, without any problems. To recap it was
A Ruger GP100, 6 inch
A Buck 110 Hunter
Worn while walking, climbing, sitting, walking some more, and squatting while shooting a 12 gauge slug gun.

I wear the web style Nexbelt and love it. Very secure and holds my Glock 19 or my Smith and Wesson M&P with no problems. I love the ratchet style, very easy to get the perfect tightness.

What about the rest of the deer season report, @45IPAC? Will there be venison in your freezer soon?

Not yet. Somehow in the last few weeks, the front sight was knocked loose on my shotgun. 2nd season is in a week and a half, and I’ve spotted a big 8 pointer that ran through dads cattle fence. I feel it is my duty, to end his reign of terror.

@45IPAC I’m thinking you need to spray paint “COW” on Bambi now Chet but I know it’s private land

This thread has convinced me… and after 3 weeks of looking at the posts I’ve decided to buy… KORE :face_with_hand_over_mouth:
… but only because of the buckle.
Both Companies make great EDC belts, they are almost identical, so I’ve chosen more elegant which perfectly fit my pants design.
