Now that we can start wearing jackets again, I get to carry my Glock G20 10mm! In the summer, I stick to sub-compact pistols, easier to conceal. But I really like to carry that big frame, double-stack mags 10mm.
I am digging the cooler weather here in Virginia. I get to carry my Sig M17 when it gets cold enough for a coat. I find I enjoy the cool weather as I have aged.
Of course the real cold and damp makes me hurt more. It is always something I guess. A guy has to count his blessings.
yeah, ive offically had enough of the 95 degree days with 100% humidity and 109 degree heat indexes. August sucked horribly. always love fall and winter for training, so much easier to get people involved when they arnt sweating to death standing still
Me too! When I was younger, and working, I liked the hot weather, We had a swimming pool at the house we had then. It was nice to go for midnight swims. Besides I worked in 40 degrees all day so the heat was welcome to warm up. It was kind of a shock going from 40 degrees into 95 degrees. But the warmth was welcome. Now that Iām a retired old fart I much more appreciate the cooler weather. Also it is easier to conceal a larger firearm. And add to that the a/c doesnāt work in my ānew to meā Ford Explorer. So yeah, bring on the cooler weather.
I love the summer and heat. There were/are always ways I can cool myself off. The same does not run in reverse. I āhaveā to be cool or cold to sleep though so my bedroom is like a meat locker.
I look forward to wearing a vest again.
we love cool weather 50 to 70 is best for us. 90% of the time i carry my 1911.
Iāll let you know when it cools off still 90 degrees here. But even in the middle of winter the most I need to put on is a over shirt.
I donāt generally care hot or cold. I carry BIG IRON either way
But being of Norwegian decent---- I loves da colder weather!
Hoodies, Shoulder rig, .44 Wheelgun! Boo Yah!

The Colder weather does tighten all that Scar tissue like a Vise though !
I have to wear āTommy Copperā Sleeves and Tee shirts everyday.
Sucks gettinā old!
But it sure beats the alternative
Dis is True! Too young for da āDirt Napā!
Just bought a new Carhartt hoodie yesterday.
Hey, hold on just a minute. Around here cooler is more comfortable but for some unknown reason, as soon as you get the comfort cool you get the 6 months of uncomfortable Snow Job, followed rather closely by the really uncomfortable cold. Iāll stick with HOT as long as I can.
I can understand that. Around here, winter is typically in the 30s in the morning and 60s during the day. No shoveling snow.
At least we are getting old!
I donāt know Bruh, It was touch n go for me a coupla timesā¦

I like winter. Coming from AK, MI is nothing.
I do like that i can carry bigger guns though. I like my G43 but its lacking in capacity.
I can deal with the cold, heat is another matter. I can bundle up in cold, i take too much off in the heat and cops get called
Yaaaā¦ Iām a Northern Boy (Northern U.P.) I like the cold, Iām with @Joel106 .
Oddly we are having an unseasonably hot, dry spell here in E. Central WI. mid to high 80s all next week. At least itās cooler at night.

Cold is hard on the bones. Where I grew up, we didnāt think it was cold until dogs got stuck to fire hydrants.
Still, I prefer cold to hot.
