My wife bought me a Colt Government 1911 .45 about 18 years ago that was worked over by the gunsmiths at Gunsite Training Center. I didn’t find out till later that pistol was sold by then owner Rich Jee. I ran that pistol for several years and thousands of rounds with flawless function.
I was younger and something caught my eye and traded it off. Now im getting older and really regret getting rid of it.

Yes and no, i sold that one but my wife the wonderful woman that she is(one in a billion) bought me a few new additions that i will cherish just as much if not more.
