Mine was a Toyota Camry 1995 tan. That in 2000 and I was 18 years old.

I’m not sure if this is a light hearted post or not; but my first car was a 1968 Dodge Coronet Super Bee 440 6pack. American Muscle as they say.That car could shake a dead person awake. I sold it I wish I could find it again. Sold it when I was drafted in ‘69
Mine was a 69’ Ford LTD. It had around 127,000 miles on it when my father bought it for me when I was 18. And he bought it form a co-worker that had his 3 kids drive it as well before we got it. and we had to do some work on it as well which we did ourselves. We got rid of it with 160,000 miles on it. and it did not a lot more work on it when we got rid of it.
1970 Mercedes Benz 200D … That was back in Europe, I was 21 and just got my driver’s license…

1949 International 1/2 ton pickup. Drug it out of a farmers field and rebuild from top to bottom.
1986 1/2 Nissan Hardbody 4x4. Dad bought it new in 86. In 94, with 184,xxx miles on it, it was all mine. And 6 months later, I blew it up.
My first car was a 1969 GTO that a bud of mine and I built from 7 wrecked GTO’s at one junk yard, my bud had the title since he was 10 mos older than me but in the same grade. My first registered to me car was a 1977 Thunderbird that I had to take a loan out at the bank to buy it from my step father for $1,500, That was when I learned that you had to make your monthly payment even if you paid 3X as much a month ago. Been driving pickups since I got rid of her in 1992.
Now I’m at the point where my wife let me have a mid life crisis (Honest, she forced me to go look at it
)
1977 Ranchero 500, got the front end of a T-Bird and a truck back end, perfect!

1976 Datsun B210…saved up an entire year of working at the grocery store to buy it when I was 16.
My parents owned one of those as a kid, I remember getting rides all around town in that thing.

That was a nice car, my buddy had one.
1980 Dodge 400. It was a pile that lasted 5 months. My next vehicle was a 1991 Chevy s10 bone stock with a 5 speed manual transmission. That little truck lasted me 6 years and I only paid $600 for it. When I traded it in I got $700 in trade value.
My first car was a "75 Firebird that my dad and I restored. Dad was a big car guy so there was always a project in the garage. '51 and '52 Chevy pickup, '39 Chrvy business coupe street rod, '38 two door Ford sedan, and a '68 Firebird.
