You are so Kool Brother!
(and as a matter of fact, so am I !) (sarc! alert)

I disagree, everyone does that by nature whether we realize it or not.
What? I’ve never heard of such a group and if one did form the leftist lame stream media would have had a field day with it. Personally I wish one would have formed. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
Then how would the black community called the blacks that joined a WLM org? I can tell you. They would have been called Uncle Toms or worse.
Again I disagree with you. Going by your own statement of being in for yourself, that’s exactly what they did. They didn’t care about another black person getting shot. It was a tool used by then to enrich themselves. That’s wrong when done by anyone.
In my experiences in life, I’ve found that it’s black people that look at race before anything else. I wasn’t let into Sargent school, PLDC, because the Command Sgt Mjr didn’t want to have a CID investigation on him in the last few years of his career. I even heard a black person say: there wasn’t any racism in the pick, he took one white and one black. That realization will stick with me for the rest of my life.
I didn’t say you were being manipulated. I said you are letting your own beliefs influence you.
Is that supposed to impress me? Are you a tyrant with the first thing out of your mouth is: let me see your ID. Or are you there because you’ve been arrested and have nothing better to do. I’m the same as you; the elephant in the room.
This thread hasn’t interested much but I read your posts and as you say ,let’s be frank, I find them lacking.
To be “brutally honest”, racism is and always has been a constant of human behavior present in all races, cultures, societies, and civilizations since toe began. The mere presence of racism doesn’t necessarily indicate intentional malice but it is abundantly true that racism can be used as a weapon against “the other” whom we fear or wish to overcome.
It’s called "selection bias. We can do this to ourselves by only engaging with persons or content which confirms what we already believe. It is also a consequence of the way the algorithms work as used by just about every search engine or content provider on the internet. The more you click on particular genres of content, the more of that same genre is provided in response to your searches and the higher it will appear in your search results.
For instance, if you typically click on lots of cat videos, using the search term “tomcat” will get you many responses featuring intact male cats. If you click on lots of gun videos, the search term "tomcat will likey return many references to the Beretta Tomcat series of pistols. The results are guided by your demonstrated preferences.
That’s the second time you have mentioned your association with police. Do you believe that gives your opinion more authority? That it’s “truer” than someone else’s? I don’t understand what your connection to police has to do with the current subject.
If you hear anyone say that they aren’t racist (or ageist, or weightist, etc.) you know that you’re talking to a liar.
That is a monster I have to fight and step on every day. It still raises its ugly head when I least expect it influencing me one way or the other. It’s a never ending battle if you’re honest with yourself.
oh well tired of this… it’s silly…
I admit when I first read his post sounded like he was defending BLM/Antifa…
got me going… as IMHO the actions deeds and words of said groups is totally reprehensible…
also want it known ANY organization that does such things is on my sh*t list…
no matter their skin color…
You got that right brother
Part of it is self preservation and there’s nothing wrong with that. It is one of the great things about being American. You can love and hate anyone you like for any reason you like. Those decisions don’t necessarily make you bad (or good), but they do make you free.
When I lived in WA state that is something that most people I talked to there didn’t understand. I have the right to be friends with, associate with and talk to anyone I want or not. Your statement above is how it should be.
Companies have been all over this method for quite a few years now. Mostly waste. Everyone is frustrated. No one can talk to anyone else. Incredibly stupid.
I love, love and hate, hate because if more people hated love and loved hate there would be a bigger challenge.
I think we have to recognize two aspects of racism (and all the other “-isms”).
The first aspect we can call “internal/automatic racism”, comprised of our gut reactions, first impressions, and emotional responses. These spontaneous reactions can be overlaid with memories of negative experiences which serve to reinforce them. These thought patterns are deeply, deeply rooted in our lizard brains and, as such, can be very difficult to overcome.
The second aspect is “overt racism”, which lies in the actions we take in light of our internal racism. It’s our actions which do the real, visible damage. Fortunately, with a little effort we can rise above out gut and make conscious decisions about the actions we take. By thinking before we act we can, if not do good, at least do no harm.
do they ever think about the fact that the emblem they stand on represents the country and people that make such actions possible???
try that in some countries and you could spend time in prison or maybe even get executed
to me that is the MSM trying to make what was done alright…
IMHO they should be considered conspirators to said action and prosecuted…
that said doing so would violate the 1st amendment so guess it’s not gonna happen…
course if you watch the Nuremberg trials many in the media were tried for treason over what they supported… and said…
IIRC some were hung for it too???
I’m NOT a Racist! I Hate Everybody! There fixed it! (sarc)
