I’ve figured some of it out and have some more ideas I need to try. But I’m always open to new ideas I may not be thinking of. I don’t know what I don’t know:)
And aside from my situational awareness, deescalation and evasion skills none of my self defense training has been put to a real test. I can’t be sure the things I think are working for me really are. That’s one of the reasons I post here. If there are any holes in my thinking and training I’d rather you all find them and point them out to me then wait till I’m stuck in the real thing to find out I’m making mistakes.

Opinions, we all got em. What is right, what is wrong, it’s subjective.
Tom from USCCA counted 9 shots, and in some ways, I count them as 9 opinions, but if I add zero (0), that’s 10 opinions, zero opinion as don’t shoot if his back was facing you, and he was moving away from you, towards the exit, and then 9 other opinions, to choose from or stop at, do you stop after firing one time, stop after two, after 5 or after 8?
Be aware, there are some states where people on a similar jury would give you a very different verdict. Know your region, know your state, they are not all alike.
In this partiality case, Grand jury seemed to consist of 12 local random persons from within the state.
