If we donāt laugh, weāre gonna cry!
To be my end as well brother. In the meantime find someone to pick up your weapon and your ammo to continue the fight.
Too old knees and too much self respect to end up on them! I will stand.

Well, the pic I posted was my own flag.
Flying out front of my own house.
Dig into the meta data and come find me!
I speak fluent 12ga, .45, 9mm, 5.56, and 7.62!
And a few othersā¦
I have pork ribs and turkey breast to throw on the smoker!
I speak fluent smoked meats! Turkey breast along with pork shoulder/butt being personal favorites.
No 7.62 so far, but have always been curious.

Come as a friend and I will feed you!
Come as an enemy and I will feed you as well!
Though the latter may not like it as much! ![]()

Iām the same way. I have no where to go, and given my homeās location, itās unlikely to be at the center of any s#it storm. Iāll defend my home, which I can do pretty well. For me, prep amounts to being ready to go totally off the grid for a long time.
Iām like you, buy up supplies here and there, and keep all systems in ready state. I just finished switching my generator over to propane. It had been gasoline, and my boatās 180 gallon tank was my emergency fuel supply. However, Iād been feeling Bidenomics too strongly so I did my part for the greater good (because Mike Obama said I should give stuff up so others can have more) and sold it.
Now Iām hooked into my 120 gallon home propane tank, with a big stock of 20# tanks as extras, plus propane cooking equipment along with the generator. Little things done all the time can add up to big results when the need comes.
Like Iāve said before, plan A is to survive the initial hit-the-fan event, hunker down, and develop a plan B depending on what s#ht hit what fan, and where itās going from there. If the s#it is a big Ole nuke from that Russian boat down in Cuba, by bye sweet world. If itās a terror attack on the grid, or mayhem in the cities, Iāll make it.
Ya we lost one of our feeders last week [chocked on bread] so we made up 25# of bacon and also polish sausage.
as for the mote ,we are on the copper island and the lift bridge will go up and be locked out of operation ![]()
Once I secure some acreage and get my bunkers built up by all means swing on by!!
We need a cooking and good eats thread hereā¦.
Thatās making me feel a rising swell⦠of Patriotism.
Thatās a Patriotic Breakfast of Champions.
oops a flag has been thrown on the play. Letās listen in. Ahh I see the play has been flagged for a distinct lack of bacon
.
After a further review, the breakfast stands as a Patriotic Breakfast and the substitution of BBQ/Smoked Ribs for bacon is an acceptable substitution.
PLAY BALL.
I had used the last of my bacon on some burgers a few days before.
The breakfast was tossed together with the last of some leftover brisket!
I love you PATRIOTS, One and All
GOD Bless America ! And please
pass me some of that there damn Brisket
(or that Green Chili Stew!)

We may not all make it
There may be some empty places at the table
We will toast our Fallen Brothers and Sisters
But dammit they are going to pay for their Evil actions.
Weāll bring our country back from the brink.
For future Generations to prosper and live the life
Our Founding Fathers meant us to live

āYou called down the THUNDERā----Wyatt Earp

For as hard as the world has tried, youāre still here! Youāll make it to the cookout!
My in-laws lived in Las Cruces, we stopped in Hatch on the way home after a visit.
Definitely some of the best green chili Iāve had!
And fried chilli strips? Like pork rinds or funions,⦠but chilies! ![]()
