I think it’s time to re-engineer the AR-15, you heard me right!
They don’t like AR-15, then we manufacture an new weapon system NEVER used in a war, never handled by a soldier, the all new KMA-1.
Use your imagination!
It handles just like a modern sporting rifle, and takes a similar round as the average under performing .223/5.56
It takes the P65 Newsome Round. Flatter, dumber and never hits it’s mark! Of course, it will be manufactured in grey only and exported from, well, you know the thing… /place.
I know this is serious BS, but as long as this is happening it’s time to start suing FORD, BMW, etc and any other car manufacturers that advertise SPEED to eighteen year olds that have been drinking all night long! Maybe we raise the driving and drinking age to 27 or 32, add some restrictions like, when the ignition turns over the car, it disables the phone! If alcohol is detected, exit the car in 3 seconds or it simply explodes, problem solved!
Common sense automobiles! Who doesn’t want common sense cars, stop the killing now!
Off the top of my head this lawsuit is about money. It’s not directly about guns or our 2A rights. Gun companies give money to companies that support 2A. It’s about politics and money and jealousy for gun companies having a lot of money.
If this is going to be “a thing,” then the government is about to be sued…a lot.
Municipalities have deep pockets and good insurance. They should sue the UPD for failure to do their job. I think, based on history, they’d put up less of a fight than DD will…dark humor intended.
Huh, I wonder if pharma might be sued for suicides, or maybe car companies for vehicular homicide like in Carolina. It’s law fair through a loophole. The courts have literally already addressed this type of lawsuit against weapons manufacturers. Can we please grow some common sense and start outright ignoring corrupt courts.
In other news, Mr. Pelosi sues a winery for his DUI arrest.
you think?
Actually, it is about using every tool to attack gun manufacturers.
BTW, my liberal employer doesnt deal with the businesses that carry financial or reputational risks, such as online gambling companies, adult entertainment companies, gun manufacturers (I am quoting policy from memory).
But cars and the drivers are blamesless for killing children per the CDC.
Let me guess, the Sun was in my eyes.
Pure hate and financial gain for children’s and teacher’s s lives. From a company dedicated to the defense of those lives.
And remember I will bet this is being pushed by lawyers they see a big payday
I’m pretty sure that was a thing.
Purdue settled outside of courts with eight states due to its roll in the opioid epidemic. Pharma has not been sued for any particular suicide. Nor have or could they be held responsible for any person slipping a roofy into a drink. Nor have they been sued for some cult leader slipping deadly amounts of xanax into his followers drinks(mass poisoning/murder/suicide). There are other vax issues that they have been ruled to be immune from lawsuits. Gun manufactures have already been ruled to be immune from these types of lawsuits and we’re ALLOWING these corrupt law firms to create work arounds and loopholes and they should be shut down.
I agree with you 100%, but what can we do to safeguard manufacturers of our defensive tools and supplies? We will surely lose if manufacturers are forced to jack the prices, because of multibillion heist of a lawsuit. Vote? Ok. Educate people like Uvalde victims not to participate in this travesty? I am not sure how
Brotherly love. It is the most powerful tool we have. It can be a difficult tool to use. Our enemy is the emotion hate not the person expressing that hate. The hating of hate is the beginning of love. The loving of hate or the hating of love is the beginning of hate. This all makes very clear sense to me. If we can convince mankind of our love for mankind because of our love to save lives we can convince them that their hate for us to save lives is an act of hate. I have nothing against gun control except when it hinders a persons ability to save innocent lives. We don’t need to fight gun control we need to jump on board to stop the hate that is stopping our love to save lives. That is real gun control.
If I understand correctly, the USCCA has some sort of relationship with Daniel Defense, doesn’t it? I seem to recall seeing my bank statements that show that my membership goes to DD. Does this lawsuit against DD threaten us?
Delta Defense, not Daniel Defense
I understand the starting point of your logic. Same argument can be made of censorship, and even of government knowing better than parents what is good for children. This is a false form of love. When they are stealing your God-given freedoms and promoting false narrative, you cannot compromise and meet them half-way.
What would you give up as sign of good faith in social discourse? Red flags (aka, no due process), some arbitrary restrictions on technology (let’s do something!), character references to own guns?
I don’t think we would have to give anything up if they understand our point. I think of it more as a father teaching a child not a negotiation. It seems more like morals or ethics to me. I don’t know if that can be taught. Now that I think of it maybe it would be better if I understand their point. I am just assuming they can’t explain it because it seems like hate to me. Just throwing this out there so maybe someone can explain it in a rational way.
Those opposed to Natural Rights are not rational. No amount of explanation nor understanding their point of view will change an emotional reaction into a rational thought. The only rational reaction is to not give in to an emotional reaction. Does one allow a two-year-old child throwing a tanrum to control your morals and ethics?
My daughter had one tantrum in a store at that age. I immediately told her that we were leaving due to her behavior. She immediately stopped. I told her if she does it again, we will leave, regardless. She knew I was serious - because I was. I never had a problem with her ever again - same issue with those that do not believe in our inalienable rights. If they never hear “no”, they will never understand what that means.
