Start suing alcoholic beverage makers and automakers along the same lines for having and selling (marketing) inherently dangerous products!

I believe people would sue as you’ve mentioned if there weren’t so many ramifications that such suits would bring, impacting important parts of people’s lives.

I think it’s time to start buying DD parts and rifles in case they go the way of Remington/Bushmaster.
