USCCA Academy Qualification 1 module is not loading on their website, all others are though. When I click on start course, the next page it takes me to, when I click on Launch lesson, the browser window starts to get darker but no video window loads, unlike all the others I’ve tried.
Is anyone else having issues loading that or is it just me?

Were you able to resolve your issue, or are you still experiencing it? If you are still encountering the problem, have you tried using Google Chrome and ensuring that your version of Chrome is fully up to date? Additionally, did you contact our Customer Service team through the live chat feature, email, or phone?

No not yet, yes I made sure my windows and chrome was up to date, and I contacted the support and literally as we started talking the link worked. I come back a few hours later and again it doesn’t load like before. Ive just been watching all the other courses and stuff for now, I’ll try clearing my browser temp files, using a different browser, and then I will try contacting them again. It is extremely odd that the rest work no issues.

That’s quite unusual. I’m sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing issues despite getting it to work. If those steps don’t resolve the problem, please reach out to our customer service team, and they will be happy to assist you! That way if there is a problem in the system it can be properly reported and solved so others will not have that issue either.
