I want to access the Qualification 01 module, but it says “Upgrade to Gold to unlock.” I’m already a Platinum member, so what’s the issue? USCCA support says their IT is aware and working on it, but it’s already been over 2 weeks and nothing has been fixed. My career is in IT, and it shouldn’t take this long to fix. What’s the deal?

Instructors have access to a PDF sheet that has all three qual levels on it. Contact the instructor you want to work with for the Qual and ask for a copy of Q 01.
