I can completely agree with your assesment of the illegal immigrant fiasco. The Constitutional subversion part Iām a little less certain on. There was the massive gutting of the 4th Amendment after 9/11 whose impacts are still being negatively compounded today. Then there is the perpetual war on terror and all the other military conflicts that were not properly declared by Congress as the Constitution requires. There has been a whole lot of subverting going on for decades.
Iām no fan of the Republicans (or the Democrats) but all of Bidenās proposals on the border have been the equivalent of sticking a finger in dam with water pouring out of thousands of leaks. Not to mention all his efforts to actively help a lot of that water bypass the dam completely to more easily flood the other side.
The amount of people illegally crossing the border during the Trump administration was unsustainably high. But what is happening under Biden is pure insanity. We should have declared a national emergency and shut the border down years ago until we can fix the broken immigration system. Instead everything the Biden administration has done, including his pathetic proposals to limit some access, has set up a huge neon welcome sign.
All this does appear to be intentional and is creating a massively dangerous situation for both US citizens and all the illegal immigrants who are being sold the lie that there are plenty of jobs and resources here for everyone. They are all making very dangerous journeys to flee their various Banana Republics, authoritarian dictatorships only to find themselves right back where they started.

Even though the border was as secure as it had ever been under President Trump, there were STILL up to 150,000 illegal crossings per year. President Trump fought to completely shut down the border by requesting funds for a Wall ($40 billion) and was denied at every turn. Still he managed to get over 450 miles of wall built. Not nearly enough, but still a large amount considering his opposition. For reference, the $40 billion he requested is LESS THAN HALF of what weāve sent to the Ukraine ($100 billion) during puddingās administration.
