Thinking of a CA compliant SIG 365-XMACRO

Any thoughts? I’d like to add another pistola to my CCW and from the specs, this checks all my boxes.
I’ll likely rent one at the range later this month to see what it’s like. A ten round mag plus one up the spout,
plus in 9mm Luger, which is readily available here in CA, is pretty darned hard to resist if it’s any fun to shoot.

If you have experience with these one way or the other, please tell!

You cannot go wrong with XMACRO. Doesn’t matter how many rounds in the magazine, it’s still one of the best middle size pistols on the market.
With directly mounted optics it’s one of the most accurate pistol in this size.
(Holosun EPS Carry 2MOA or Swampfox Sentinel)

I don’t know how many changes you can do and still be CA compliant, but if you add A.C.E.365 "X"Macro Frame made by Icarus Precision… your pistol become a masterpiece. :star_struck:

My wrong. The one I was looking at is a Compact, not a Macro.
Still, with the sight rail I could use a Mantis, right?
9mm Luger is going for $14/50 (Blazer Brass) in my town–that’s nearly half of what .38 Spl. costs.

Oh… no X-Macro… not good…

Eh, just kidding.
I’m just not as excited as about the X-Macro.
I cannot say anything bad, but personally I don’t like that curved trigger. Does it make a difference? For me yes, but trigger is a very personal preference.

MantisX work with Picatinny Rail… which is not present on P365.
You can still use MantisX with this handgun, but you will have to buy “ZR65 Rail Aadapter” (around $30)

Not a fan of Sig 365 or 320…… Also you don’t need a red-dot on a concealed carry gun, it’s just another thing to get snagged on when drawing from concealment plus you don’t need it. Things are going to happen to fast to look for the red dot, you need to train to get muscle memory to point and shoot. If you have trouble picking up your front sight, get the poor man red dot, an XS BIG DOT……a red dot would be ok with your home defense firearm when your NOT drawing from concealment…… I’ll take my Glock 26 over Sig 365 any day of the week.
