lol! Yeah, it was good for sure!!! It’s been a while since I did green chili…. Though I think I have a couple bags of peppers still in the freezer!

No, they are allowed to eat pork, too. They are only supposedly allowed to eat it if there is no other food, forced to eat it, or didn’t know what it was.

I had a beautifully cherry-smoked Top Sirloin Tip, about 2 1/2" thick, with an internal temp about 100° F, tender, juicy with awesome smoke and char, and a nice bottle of wine - it can’t get better than that.
