I purchased a PT-58 for my ex-Wife back in the day. Sweet shooting little pistol. The Witch took it with her when we divorced and I made the offer to buy it back if she was ever strapped for cash. I told her I would pay her what we paid for it originally ($400). She pawned it for $50 so she could pay a bill and never went back to get it back.
I’ve been wanting to get my hands on a PT-58 again for the longest time to use as a back-up or concealed carry, but they are non-existent. I have seen a few used Beretta 84BB’s around on the cheap. Maybe when we get back from our trip to see the in-laws in May, I might have enough money left.
Yeah, keep dreaming, BruceE.
The modern Taurus 58 will make you question why you would ever carry a smaller .380.
Ignorance is bliss.
My wife thinks a small LCP Max she could cover with her two hands is better than a heavy full size 1911 in terms of recoil.
Bro, you can’t fix stupid but glad you are no longer married to it.
Thanks, Brother.
I lost two weapons because of her. The first was a Beretta M9 I sold to a buddy of mine in order to buy the ring to marry her. Because of her, I never had the money to buy the M9 back.
