Another list topic. I love these. This one is for those firearms you had and are still kicking yourself forgetting rid of, whatever the circumstances.
My list is long , but, I will start with a S&W model 627. The first run of 8 round, slab sided .357’s. I had a two- tone version that turns out were very limited production. I paid about $600 for it new. Sold it for $500 for relocation money and now IF you find one for sale they are thousands of dollars. It still hurts.
I have had and have alot of firearms. It is still THE MOST ACCURATE firearm I have ever owned. Oh the pain!
A 627 was the first firearm I ever purchased. Not the most practical choice for what I really needed but I’m glad I still have it!
I kicked myself for a little bit when I got rid of an LCP 1. Loved the small pocket size but didn’t like the trigger or sights. Have an LCP Max now so don’t need to self flagellate any more:)
Original Model 12 Winchester, we had 3, 2 of the originals and one of the newer model. Shot a lot of clay targets with them…
Hmmm, that reminds me of a model 12 I got on a trade for a Parker side by side shot gun plus $500. bucks I think around 1972-73.
You had to go there! A 1971 Camaro RS. I put $10,000 into the engine alone. That was big money in the 80’s. Then the strips decided nitrous wasn’t cheating and $500 junk yard cars began their domination.
