Open carry vs concealed carry are very different things. While I support open carry, I believe additional training and education should be required to conceal on a shall approve basis. States should continue concealed carry laws and permits so one may have reciprocity in other states without constitutional carry laws. The ultimate answer is recognition across all states of a concealed carry permit.
William, if you want the most comprehensive, best resource for all the nuance of Florida gun law, get this book. I have read it cover to cover a few times, and I always go back to it for refresher.
Thank you very much. Looking forward to having it soon. It will help to understand and clear up
Florida’s Gun Law.
I enjoy learning and when an Attorney breaks down in layman’s terms legal documents and laws, it helps
a great deal. Legal documents and laws are written
in a language all by itself.
Thank you
I carry a license/ permit at all times and I am on my
8th year in having it. I have enjoyed USCCA and all
the training you can possibly get.
Open Carry is great to do as long as you stay alert
and never take your mind off your firearm. Just like
Concealment/ Carry, but it is not for show. There
are people in my County/City/Florida that are very
Negative toward anyone that has a firearm and they
have knowledge of your firearms. I can not share
USCCA information anymore, it reveals that you carry
a firearm.
I do not show and tell, nor plan too. I would love to
Open carry one day.
