It’s all politics and fear mongering that lead to absurd actions like these being actually put into state law. Thank the good lord that I live in Texas. I retired form the Navy in '94 & my wife was from Burbank which is in LA. We moved there & I bought a Ruger P89 & was told that I was lucky because in two weeks the magazine capacity would be limited to 10 rounds. The P89 held 15. I asked the store owner how the hell that protected anyone? He said " Welcome to California".

First off USCCA saved me 3k on my issue,and glad i am in Texas and a high percentage of my weapons are ghost weapons,wondering how you go about registering them, although they will NEVER be registered dont want the paperwork!

Another communist/liberal/democrat idea that punishes and bleeds honest taxpayers, without addressing or trying to fix the actual problem of gang banger/thug violence that is sanctioned and encouraged by the communist/liberals. Along with creating a gunowner registry, without addressing even one gang banger/thug armed individual.
This doesn’t go into effect until August. Hope it is fought vigorously in the courts.

This is Unconstitutional - the war of attrition: you pay or give up your weapon. One step closer to confiscation. My question: what about the criminals? They get a pass when caught not even go to jail. How is that even American?

Or maybe we all stand together and make sure to pass the voter ID bills and this crap won’t fly anymore and voting will be honest again…just a thought.
I watched the senate hearing where a 2 bedroom apartment had 126 registered voters…think of all the mail in ballots that address got and likely fraudulently mailed in? and there’s about 50,000 others exactly like it.

Is all of our privacy maintained on all the U.S. states in terms of the names of firearm owners?
Heard something I felt was a positive note. Someone told me that recently, in their anti “legal gunner leaning” city, a hospital set up several lock boxes for CCL EDC CCW carrying inpatients. Perhaps reflective of the increase in legal owners, especially seen 2021.
Due to the realities of our world, it made me smile.
