@Larry115 George Soros is an money-grubbing, power-hungry opportunist. There are many that would profit from the downfall of the USA. Communism is just a tool to empower a select few over the many. Socialism is the gateway drug.

I can relate to the “family” being one of the strongest solutions, although not a sole solution. I think others have commented on the nature/nurture influence, and how all have a responsibility to offer support or teach, especially when families are unable to manage. I was brought up inner-city and in poverty; Came close to being on the wrong side of the tracks; I saw where older brothers, sisters, aunts/uncles made a positive difference teaching some in my generation right from wrong. Other youth did not have that. Individual judgment seemed a part of it too; Made some mistakes myself, others made greater - from which they never rebounded.
And yet they’re surprised!
