Yup. I was born there 1959, Waterbury in fact. Spent my youth in Terryville, then moved back at 35. I recall buying 50 round boxes of .22lr at the Western Auto at around 10-11 years old, then heading into the woods to shoot cans with the neighborhood kids. Making my move, I did around a dozen trips back and forth to WV. Out of the twelve trips, one didn’t have a traffic jam in Danbury. I started to hate the drive back.

I saw their pics, read the article I found, and could clearly see, if only because I have eyes, that they aren’t white. I’ve worked with many bankers and I’d be willing to bet everything that none of these are bankers. So…they aren’t middle aged white bankers. You know, just like when a black cop shoots someone…he is a cop, but when a white cop shoots someone he’s a white cop.
The race baiters of the last few years are starting to get a taste all over, and that’s fine with me. Hopefully we’ll get back to cop shoots thief one day…but that day isn’t today.
