"Ranking the Best and Worse Gun States In America"

New Hampshire is #1.

Hawaii is considered the worst.

My little South Dakota comes in 9th. :sob: Though, to our credit, we have one of the best, if not the best CCW permits in the country.

Ouch… 38 here in Colorado….

Not wrong,… maybe a little high rank?

Definitely not California or Hawaii,… and the only bonus is the majority of our county sheriffs won’t enforce the state level unconstitutional legislation…

But red flag laws, (that they’re trying to expand on)

Magazine restrictions

Age restrictions,

And ohh yeah, the whole “sanctuary” crap for illegals boosting our crime rate and cost of living while we can barely defend ourselves.

Love Colorado, BUT not too much difference from you guys here in NM. Gotta get rid of these anti-gun leaders running our States (DemonicRats).

Utah 25? Constitutional carry, Stand your ground, they have to prove it wasn’t self defense before it can go to a criminal trial, No Red Flag laws yet, CCW permit that other flock to Utah to get…

Texas 8 Top 10 can live with that

I notice the top states recognize and specify open carry. I lived in NV and while they had no law against open carry, they treated most open carriers like a nuisance and shooed them away.

I think Georgia should be #1 no restrictions at all no registration and a Republican governor most years

My new home is #2. Nice move up from CT which iirc was around #45 before Lamont came out with the latest bs. New England most of my life, but #1 NH requires going through NY or MA if you want to see the country, whereas WV is on the edge of the 29 constitutional carry states, and my UT/FL permits allow carry to my east. I didn’t bother changing my CT permit to out of state as I don’t think I’ll ever head north of WV again. I shoot at a neighboring towns park for free, and joined my towns club for $30/ yr, and $15 for Janice. Looking for another property now, love having a conspiracy realist for a wife lol. Seems my guns put on some weight ever since moving to a state that allows normal magazines. Whole state has 2a sanctuary status and the biggest city around 50k people. Geography is amazing and beautiful, and it’s very calming not being “the enemy”.

You know what’s sad? I bought a legal registered Machine Gun in CT when I first moved there and the Sheriff and I had a great conversation about his collection while he approved my state permit. ONE generation later…. Well that’s how long it takes for a state to go to shlt :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
