Police officers and not all are nightmares.
I live in an area that is branched off Jacksonville and Gainesville Florida. You have counties that are run
by Sheriff’s Departments.

I am not against any police or county sheriff’s.
You can get 5’8” know it alls that play Rambo and
please handle with care. Getting lied to, verbally
abused, but you will find the Best Officers here
that will help you and takes time to answers your question.
Your counties and cities are under much pressure and
it is laid out in many square miles.
They are all human and they deal with deadly crime and drug and alcohol addictions too.
I have over 20 years here and it is like a mixing bowl
of people from all over the world and you have
many retired elderly people too.
I do not question you, I understand.
Last, if you are involved in a DCI, your self defense
Problems can go from good to your Worse problem.
Your world can go upside down in seconds.
We all have the monsters, killings, drug dealers, and
Much Worse. Drug addiction that is some of the most
painful. Fentanyl in the most deadly form has killed
over 350 people in a single day.
We have many prisons in Florida and the death penalty
in Florida that does not change criminals minds.

Cooperation with the police usually means helping them in their investigation. You are not obligated to do so. You are not allowed to obstruct and refusing to answer questions or assist them in their investigation of you is not obstruction. In most states, you are only obligated to provide identification if the police have reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime being committed, having been committed, or about to be committed. Some states ID laws says you do not have to provide ID unless you are being lawfully arrested, making failure to ID a secondary crime. You must present your Driver License when stopped for a traffic infraction. This shot video does not indicate if this is a valid traffic stop or just a person parked in his vehicle being harassed by the police. A police officer forcing you to identify without a crime is violating your 4th Amendment rights, which is what this appears to be in this video. The fact they let him go tells me there was no reasonable articulable suspicion.

I would like to let you that police officers are very
human and stress and the unknown on their
job, they face problems and experiences
of criminals using troubles and possibly
being threats .
A sheriff or policeman can use intimidation and
careless what you think. They can bully, lie, or
push your buttons to get a undesirable response
from you.
We must not give any attention or information that is
not necessary and be calm and respectful. I have had them screaming in my face and they read your emotions
and it is a pain.
