??? Petition e-mails

I’ve gotten a few emails from USCCA Action Fund asking for me to sign a petition for one thing or another. This last one I received just minutes ago was about ending the
" White House Gun Violence Prevention "
I’ve filled out the signature form and when I try to send them they go nowhere.
My question, is this happening to anyone else?

Beware of on-line petitions that require you to enter a boatload of personal information. Your information will only be as secure as the entity you send it to, and when it’s sent to Indian or Russian scammers for some illegal use, there’s little to no prospect that law enforcement will do anything to protect you.

Seeing as the White House is getting new tenants in 4 days I wouldn’t put much faith in that email you got.
Personally, I think some organizations should stick to their forte’.
I get a lot of petitions that wind up being a solicitation, whether it’s purported gun rights or political view based.

Yes, I had the same issue. The USCCA email and response link did not work.

I have stopped responding to all of them, regardless who sent them.

Yes, I’ve decided to stop also, no matter who sends them.

The ones I received from here and others end up in my spam folder and get blocked.

JMO: I know who my representatives and senators etc. are. I’ve subscribed to all their websites and when something comes up, and these USCCA petitions let me know of things I have missed, I go to their personal website and make my opinion known. I think individuals contacting them may carry more weight than a “computer generated petition.”

Thank you Robert1025, I also have my State and Washington Representatives websites. I’ll do as you do from now on and write them personally.
Again, Thanks.

I don’t sign anything for anyone, the worst one for that crap is the NRA wich is a political organization anymore and that’s why I am no longer a member, paying off Democrats to take it easy on firearms, well guess what
It’s in our constitution dip wads!
They filled my mailbox with junk almost every day.

Mark712, I am still a member of that organization till 2030. Yes, paid way in advance for 10 years. For the past week alone I’ve received 4 membership renewal letters from them. LOL, not a joke. They really know how to waste the members money. Though having a membership card at some ranges get a little perk once in awhile. I have time, 5 years, to think over if I will renew again.:sweat_smile::rofl::joy::rofl:

Yea I barely have enuf money to be in the USCCA the NRA would be just wasting it to me but like I said I don’t have the money anyway. I wish I would have been more smart about money my whole life and put a lot back in 401-k but like most fools I never thought I’d get old and sick, lucky my company I worked for put some back or it would really be rough. But back to the subject that I wandered off on but I don’t go to ranges but there’s a couple ranges here but there’s no Rangemasters or whatever they are called , I don’t like a lot of company when I go shooting just whoever I want to bring .

can see nothing so can’t comment… seems a selective thing???

the meme threads all work… but many others do not???
