Definitely canted (old shoulders). Vertical only with a drop holster.

Depends on the handgun.
If I’m carrying OWB, it always go at 9 o’clock.
CZ or M&P pistols are drawn easier with small forward cant.
1911, 2011 - straight drop.

For Me ; always the same place it’s only going to hurt once to draw. Can use benGay afterwards, when I get back from the P.D.
