Need Attorney to Assist in Record Expungement in North Carolina

Hey there everyone~

This is my first post here. I’ll be as concise and clear as possible.

I’m looking for an attorney or lawyer in North Carolina to help me with getting my record expunged so I can get my firearm rights restored.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Just curious, but you can ignore the inquiry also…

The problem is your state MIGHT be [like-mine] does not allow you to get your firearm rights back upon expongment…

I would check www.avvo.com for attorneys who are well versed in self-defense law and the Second Amendment. Every states laws are different as far as expungement, a local attorney would be your best bet.

It’s one non-violent, felony. I was 18.

@Randall318 thanks for the reply brother. NC is one of the states that allow for reinstatement of firearm rights. I’ve already looked into that before going doing this rabbit hole.

I’ve been on this hunt for about 5 - 7 years now.
