I saw these guys in January, was highly impressed, so watching them again in April. They’ve been around for years and I understand this current iteration has a new vocalist with some awesome range.

That’s…awesome.

@BeanCounter Never heard of them. They look like a high energy entertaining band!

The country needs a 80s/early 90s one hit wonder band. Huge playlist to choose from!

Exactly! They make even the yacht rock ballads danceable!

They exist, their names I can’t remember at this time.

Just because I was already down a rabbit hole for older one hit wonder bands and what the people were doing now…I had to listen to “current music” one hit wonders. Sadly, there’s no way that I could call any of what I tried music. I’ll stick to pre-1994 here. Thanks.

A few compilations if you let them play through, one song to another. IMHO, even the bad ones are good. Unlike the radio, I never/rarely FF.

I forgot about Autograph-Turn up the radio!

Boy Meets Girl, now that’s a classic!

My no. 1 favorite post-1993 non-British band

Another funny thing about this site. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Since I started, it is like the site gets hung up when I’m typing responses, so letters or words don’t show up. In this case, the “have” in my prior post. I usually go back and edit/fix them when I notice but it is nearly every post. No such issues on any other sites.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that, and occasionally it says I’m editing my post in another window…..

I’d just like to remind the FBI, CIA, and ATF agents watching our conversations that the majority of us on this forum are the good guys!

And call your mom, she misses you

That’s the soundtrack of parts of Nor-Cal last week :snowflake: when Highway 80 became a parking lot.

I’m not attempting to go out until tomorrow. Worst blizzard since 1978, so they say. Many outages but I still have power and heat!! Yay!

Can’t see out my windows though…and the storm’s not over yet.

I remember ‘78. We lived right on the street of the “snow belt” and always got far more snow than even the surrounding area. we got ONE day off school for all of those feet of snow. Crazy.

Can’t imagine living in those conditions. I never really paid attention to snow until I started to spend January weekends in Lake Tahoe and Big Bear Lake about four years ago. Those are lame compared to New England. Take care. Watch some Death in Paradise episodes to make you forget about what’s happening outside your doors.
