I’m not in AL. But around here, Salt Lake City, I see them every once in a while…
I’m a few hours north of you in Mississippi. I pass through Mobile a few times a year on my way to and from Gulf Shores or Pensacola. I have seen USCCA stickers on vehicles in the Mobile area. You are not alone there. Are there any good gubn shops and/or shooting ranges around Mobile? If so, that is where you are likely to find fellow USCCA members and instructors.
