Mandatory Gun Safety Training

No, the NEA could be left out of it entirely and such coursework should only be taught by certified firearms instructors anyhow.

While there are some full time teachers that are also part time CI’s this is a job for professionals.

The NRA has been doing exactly this type of instruction for over a hundred years and there are others, such as the USCCA as well. That is who should be drafted for such a program.

Charlie I’m only saying that NEA lawyers are going to object and they will go to their beloved 8th District to get an injunction to avoid the entire issue altogether. You know already they hate this solution and really anything else that could be deemed anything else that could weaken their association or any and all Teachers Unions

They’ve had zero success so far in the states that have started these programs. They simply have no legal bases to stop them.

There is a 30 percent reduction of emotional murder with a waiting period.

The problem is that the training standards would be written by bureaucrats who do not have the interests of gun owners in mind.

According to what data?

Do they also account for those killed or otherwise attacked while waiting?
